Peace and quiet...in the forest next to the place where the biggest asshole to live stayed. Xander looked up at Kalona's castle and grimaced. He hated Kalona so much and the only reason he was here in this forest was because being one with nature, really helped Xander focus and he needed his focus back more than he needed anything. He took one more look at the castle and then returned to looking out into the forest as he sat there cross legged and shirtless on the ground a bottle of water sitting right next to him. Focus Xander..Focus.
He relaxed and closed his eyes taking in the sounds all around him. There crickets above him, and cicadas making sweet music to the moon. He liked that, he thought with a small smile, He stood then eyes still closed and then brought his arms to his chest and then slowly pushed them outward as if he was expelling a ball of fire from his body. This ball of fire was made up of all his bad feelings, everything that was on his mind. Kalona, his worry of never figuring out his past. He could let it all go, He let out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding and then he was ready. His focus was acquired and locked on.
He started with simple punches, one arm after the other, making no noise as he did so, but shouting what his master always told him too as he did. He changed his stance and started practicing his kicks as well. Nothing could break this train of thought right now, not even the faint sound of someone coming as they rustled through the trees, no Xander was too focused to notice a thing.

Fin get back here! Was what Ash was thinking with a silent laugh. No smile was on her face as she ran straight out, taking the path with no trees in her way because, to be honest, Ash was not agile at all. She tended to collide into things in front of her isntead of learning how to go around them as normal people tended to do. So she learned how to get around this. She was running with Fin, short for Finavarra, the adolescent black wold who was never far from her side. They needed to work out his leg again.
So the little black wolf was a few paces in front of her, always, as she ran, silent laughter in her head though her voice was stoic. She was like a nymph, running for the joy of it, impassive to the world that observed her. As opposed to Fin who was entirely black, Ash was pure white. She wore a white thick wrap about her chest and a loose white sweatshirt over that to appear more decent though she didn't much care, Her legs were clad in white pants that had no sides, simply thick white rope lacing up. She liked freedome...Her golden hair streamed behind her and her dark blue eyes were trained on the wolf pup infront of her.
Which was probably how she hadn't seen him.
Until she collided right into him and they both went down. She was shocked for a moment, just staying there before flying up to stand and brush herself off. "Sorry...Didn't see you" she said, offering her hand to the boy who seemed to have been working out before Ash so rudely interrupted. "I'm Aislinn...Didn't mean to totally knock you over there" she said, warmth and laughter in her voice though her face remained impassive.

Xander was completely focused, Lately completely focused had been so rare for him that achieving it now made him feel wonderful. He felt clear of all the worry hurt and pain he had been feeling since Kalona took over. He wasn't even breaking a sweat and that was a good thing because he had been practicing for quite awhile. No noises could penetrate his mind at this point.
It was just focus. He stopped doing his kicks and he just brought his feet together and did another expulsion of negative energy. It was back to punches now. He stood with his feet shoulder width apart and he brought his fists up to his sides and did one punch after the other, just like he had at the beginning and that was when something broke his focus.
He heard little feet running past him and he fought hard to not open his eyes. It was probably just some animal running through the forest to get where it wanted to go and It was none of his concern. All he needed to do was get his focus back so that he could continue his workout. That was when it happened.
One second he was trying to focus, the next second he was on the ground. His eyes snapped opened as he looked around to see what had knocked him down and when he looked up he saw that it was a girl. A very beautiful girl.
She was apologizing but Xander just hopped up with effortless ease. it was fine. He would live. She said she didn't mean to knock him over and he just shrugged still kinda shocked that it happened.
"Don't sweat it...I'm Xander..what were you doing running in the woods like that?" he said with a small laugh. So much for focusing, he guessed.

Ash brushed herself off. What she got for wearing white when she was running in the woods, but she always wore white. Because she was the daughter of a light goddess and it just felt right to be wearing light colors due to that. It made sense to her, but she supposed she should wear darker colors when she was doing actual physical activity. That made a lot more sense. Oh well, she'd work on that. She fixed one of the strings that linked up the outside of her pants, seeing that those strings were the outside of her pants.
And then she looked at the boy who had effortlessly hopped up. Male, of course. She had never taken any interest in those, or at least she tried not to. All the immortals that she loved and looked up to were virgin goddesses and she wanted to be too, to honor them. But sometimes it was really hard not to notice. She tugged down the sleeves of her white sweatshirt over her wrist to cover up the black feather mark on one wrist and the ring of white feathers that were a birthmark on her other wrist. She kept them covered because she didn't know who would ask questions about what.
"Running with the wolves...or wolf rather. What about you?" she asked. What, she had told the truth. For once. Ash was a bit of a pathological liar, but she had to be. No one would believe her if she ever told the truth and how could she complete her mission to prove herself to her mother if she didn't lie and pretend she wasn't who she was?
Speaking of wolves though...She whistled. "Finn!" she called, and her features lit up until she was almost smiling when the little black wolf pup, who wasn't much of a pup anymore, came running back over to her. She patted his head once, thanking him for coming when she called, because there was always a chance that he wouldn't. He was a wolf afterall, a wild animal not like all these tamed animals that the house had running around. "See? Wolf" she said, pointing to Finn. She was positively chatty today in her opinion, seeing as she often didn't bother to speak. How odd.

Xander hadn't really expected when he left his dorm that night to meditate, that he would find a beautiful girl in the worlds. Well more that she would find him by coming in running and knocking him down, breaking the concentration that he had aquired.
Xander laughed mentally at all. He didn't actually mind that she had bumped into him though, the more he looked her over the more he saw how pretty she was. Dressed all in white like some perfect little angel, He kinda liked that. He wasn't going to say anything about it though, He had just met the girl.
He was still dusting himself off when she told him what she had been doing, He noted that she hadn't told him her name and he frowned a little bit, maybe she didn't want to be social with him. That was okay though, she was entitled to that.
"Running with wolves?"he asked with a quirk of his brow, that was odd, Xander had never seen a wolf in this forest before, but it was the enchanted forest right? "I was mediating...Doing a little Tae Kwon do.."
He was still a little surprised by what she had said she was doing but he shrugged it off, She was completely entitled to do what ever she wanted.
Then she whistled and to his great surprise, A wolf came running out of the brush.Xander laughed in wonderment, he definitely had not been expecting that anymore than he had expected running into this girl here.
She patted the wolf's head and He smiled at her when she pointed to the wolf, He was very pretty and she was almost smiling at him. Xander decided that he would like to see the girl actually smile so he just nodded and then said "I see..He's really nice looking..He's yours?"He asked politely.
He was curious about this girl, it was probably because he thought she was really pretty but that besides the point, He smiled and waited for her to answer.

Ah, and it was then that Ash realized the other boy had spoken his name to her, and she had been so rude as to not return the favor. She sighed softly, this was mostly because Ash often attempted to get away before she could have to deal with actually talking to people. She wasn't much of a people person at all. Now that was a lie. A bad lie. She needed to stop this whole pathologically lying thing, it was starting to effect her too. She was lying to herself now. She loved crowds...and being the center of attention. It was her mother that didn't. Focus. "I'm Aislinn Luna, by the way. Ash" she added in hastily.
She nodded then in response to his question of the running with wolves, if Finn decided to come, which he did shortly after she whistled for him, than he would see what it was that she meant then. She nodded again when he told her what it was that he was doing out here, this time an appreciative nod at that. "I wish I could meditate but my thoughts often distract me from it" There was another truth. Good, she was on a roll here. She often couldn't meditate, even though she wanted to, because she couldn't relax well enough, even though she was the daughter of the dreamer and should be able to.
She did smile then. A true, if slightly wry, smile. He had asked if Finn was hers. How could a creature so wild be hers? True she had saved him, true he stayed with her now. But he was no more hers then the squrrels in the trees were hers. He was her partner, for this moment. And if he chose to move on at any time, then that was his choice. She hoped he would stay with her though, she loved the pup. "He is no more mine then someone's best friend is theirs. He simply stays by my side" she answered easily, adopting a more friendly tone slowly. "His name is Finvarra...do you know why?" she asked, a hint of mischief in her tone and her now, mostly, calm face.
She was actually starting a conversation with this boy. How odd.

Xander was staring at the girl and he knew he was and as much as he wanted to mentally slap himself, so that he would stop doing it, he kept on. She was just so unearthly beautiful. He had seen many pretty girls, but none like her, because it seemed mostly that she didn't even realize how pretty she was, he shook the thought away, He had to stop staring.
He looked down as she spoke her name, just so that it wouldn't seem like he was still staring, he didn't want her to get freaked out and run away. Ash, it was simple but beautiful and he liked it . "That's a really nice name you got there Ash,...better than Xander anyway"he said bashfully.
He didn't understand what it was but this girl made him feel fumbly, whether it was because they had only just met and he she had knocked him down or if it was something else, Xander was not very sure off, and he didn't much care either.
He looked at the wolf that was at her side and he smiled at it, Xander very much liked dogs and he always had. He liked animals in general. He wanted to go pet him, but he decided if the little wolf wanted to be near him then he would go near him.
She spoke about the meditating saying that she wished she could meditate but her thoughts often distracted her from it and he smiled and shrugged"Well if you want, I could teach you some techniques that might actually help with that"
Sure, he was being forward but he couldn't help it, he wanted to get to know her, be around her. She just seemd interesting and seemed like someone he would want to know, the fact that she was beautiful didn't hurt much either.
She was saying that She did not own the wolf, He cocked his head to the side, She had an interesting perspective and he kinda liked that, then she told him that the wolves name was Finvarra, and asked him if he knew why and he shook his head"No...I don't...but please by all means tell me"
He smiled at her and waited, he really liked talking to her, for some odd reason he couldn't tell himself.

Ash started up at the moon through the cover of the trees, looking through this branch or that leaf to see its comforting gaze. That and she was trying to avoid the fact that this boy kept looking at her. Simply looking. What, did she have something on her? That was a possibility given that she was wearing all white and running through the forest. Or that could be the fact that she was female and he was male. She wasn't oblivioous, she just chose to ignore interractions that could lead to romance. She was her mother's daughter, and she loved her Aunts. So she avoided males. He stated that her name was better then Xander and she looked back down at him, shrugging. To each, his own. Ash thought it was just a name, just as Xander was just a name. No need to look too deep into them.
Finn was simply pacing around her, he hated to stay still, she supposed this was because of how Ash had found him, broken and close to death. But at Xander's smile he went closer, sniffing the boy curiously. It was females he really took to. Hence his name. But she'd get to that. He said he could help her with her meditatioon and she smiled just a little bit at him. "That would be wonderful. Though I suppose it may still not work. I'm a bit odd." she said. She meant that she was a child of Dreams, a demi-god...but she couldn't tell him that. She doubted he'd believe her anyway.
Not that she ever told the truth really.
As for Finn's name? That was a simple answer. A fairy tale of sorts, but who truly knew what was fairy tale these days and what was truth. Afterall, she herself was something out of a fairytale, being that she was the daughter of an immortal and grew up in the Dream World. So who was to say that it was a fairy tale or not? One never knew these days. Mischeif gleamed in her dark blue eyes. "Finvarra was the High King of the Daoine Sidhe...or the Fairy of Ireland. He was said to be generous and kind, a good friend to the mortals who respected him. But he was a womanizer as well who stole women. Dual natured. Just like my Finn. Oh, and he usually likes girls better" she said, laughter that wouldn't be seen anywhere else dancing in her eyes.

Xander felt kind of bad, The girl seemed to be looking anywhere but at him and it was probably because he was staring at her. he sighed, now he really felt bad. He didn't want to come off as some sort of creep. But how could he explain it? What could he say? Your so beautiful that it's hard not too look at you? That would be even worse...
"Sorry if it seems im staring..your just pretty.."
He blushed as he said it and he looked down at his bare feet. He was normally barefoot in the forest especially when he was doing his work out. He finally got the courage to look up when she spoke again.
She said she would love that, and he grinned, he would have no problem at all teaching her to do some Tae Kwon do. She said it might not work but he shook his head and just spoke "I don't think your odd..IM sure you'd pick right up on it"
Xander looked down again kicking the dirt abit. He was flirting, like really flirting. He needed to stop but he always flirted he couldn't help it. Ever since he could remember, and that was not that far back he noted with a frown. Some day he would solve the mystery was his past but until then he needed to stick to matters at hand like the beautiful girl before him.
She started explaining about Finvarra and Xander smiled as she told the story, that was a really interesting story. He didn't think he would have gotten along with the king Finvarra but Xander shrugged he liked the wolf just fine.
"Stole women? Thats a bit weird..I like the wolf just fine though"he smiled and relaxed a bit. He liked talking to her.

Ash looked down from the sky where she had been looking in order to avoid his gaze when he spoke again. She was pretty? Was she? She thought for a moment. She supposed she was pretty enough, she looked just like her mother after all and her mother was a pretty woman. So maybe she was. She wasn't sure how to reply to that exactly though. How does one reply to things like that? Thank you? Return the complement? Ash wasn't the type to flirt or play the complement game. Yes, she thought he was cute. She was female for all that she tried her hardest to ignore her hormones. It was hard not to notice really.
He was cute, yes. But she wouldn't say this. Unless she should? She frowned slightly then shrugged. "Thank you" she said finally, feeling slightly lame for that being the only thing she could come up with. Unnoticed by her, the tips of her hair started to turn a soft pink, as they usually did when she was embarrassed or unsure of herself, which she certainly was right then.
When he said he didn't think she was odd she laughed. Actually laughed. It was a rarely heard sound, like soft bells that made her bring her fingertips to her lips as if to cover the sound while she laughed. She actually smiled at him, another rare thing but he had made her amused, why not reward him for such a thing with a smile on her usually impassive face? "I'm a Dreamer...I tend to go off in my own little world without trying...but you are welcome to try to teach me" she said, amusement in her voice as she opened up a little bit more, became just a little bit less aloof, just a little bit. And allowed this boy to see the girl behind the icy facade.
Ash's grin turned a tad bit wicked, though no one who didn't know her well, which was no mortal that existed, would know the difference. To them, one corner of her lip just pulled up a little bit more, a little bit more mischief shone in her usually impassive blue eyes and somewhere her mother was smiling happily, glad to see her daughter let go...not that Ash knew that of course. "Ah, but that was the way of the Fae. As for my Finn...he has that name because he likes women more then men" she said, bending to pet the wolf affectionately. She loved her Finn, though she was amused by this boy, this Xander.

Xander was seriously flabbergasted by this girl. Which goes to show you that really meant something because Xander never even used the word flabbergasted. He shrugged it off and looked at her some more but as discreetly as he possibly could. He didn't want her to think that he was creepy or anything because he seriously wasn't trying to be. He just thought she was one of the prettiest girls he had ever seen..was that bad?
He shook the thought off and tried to look like he was not a total dweeb for standing there and just looking at her. He wanted her to think he was something other than just a guy who thought she looked nice. He smiled as she said thank you even though she looked unsure...He then noticed the tips of her hair were pink and he just looked...He hadn't noticed that before but he shrugged it off. It was probably because he had been too busy looking at her face
"Your Welcome...Nice Hair"he said politely and with another smile. He shrugged a little as he looked at her trying to work some of the kinks out of his muscles. She had come in when he had been meditating he hadn't had the chance to de stress himself.
Boy was he stressed, with Kalona being around and the ever lasting question of who he was...Xander had enough on his mind but that was why he had his martial arts and meditation, He felt Nyx gifted him with him on purpose like she had known that he would need it. He smiled slightly to himself at that. That was something he very much liked to think..at least then...he knew there was someone watching out for him.
She laughed when he said that he didn't think she was odd and he couldn't help the grin that spread across his face. She had a really nice laugh, one that he could get used to hearing. He listened how she was a dreamer and tended to wander off in her own little world but he was welcome to teach her and he shook his head. 'Nothing wrong with going off into your own world...Meditation is actually just like that...but I'm happy to teach you"
He bowed then as he spoke and he smiled widely at her as he bowed. Sure he was being really flirtatious but he didn't care. If she wanted him to stop then she would say something...Wouldn't she? He hoped that she would.
She was explaining that that was the way of the Fae and he just smiled liking the look that was on her face. He ran his fingers through some of his short brown hair and he smiled a little and let her explain that she named the wolf that way because he liked girls more then men. He smiled and looked down at the wolf'Right there with ya buddy"he said as a little joke to the wolf before looking back at Ash. She was pretty and funny, losing out on meditation was a good thing today.

Ash was still slightly annoyed with herself for actually only coming up with saying thank you. Did normal people return the complement? Ash figured the answer was yes. Oops. Oh well, Ash wasn’t a normal person in the slightest. She did what she wanted to as long as it made her more like her mother because maybe than the woman would let her live with her. She also made a point to try not to notice things like boys and feelings. So she was doing her best to ignore this boy even though she was still standing here and talking to him. Normally Ash ran. Oh well, if a person caught her attention, they caught her attention. She could deal with this. He said nice hair and a bit of a confused look crossed Ash’s face for a moment as she plucked at her golden blonde hair. She fought hard to keep the scowl from crossing her features when she saw that the tips had turned pink. But Ash was an accomplished liar, so she managed to keep the look off of her face and keep it impassive. ”Thanks again. But I think I’m going to cut them off” she said, trying to keep the aloof going. She also had to say it so that way he wouldn’t be confused if he saw her again and the pink was gone.
She was still surprised the boy had managed to get her to laugh. She took her hand away from her mouth and let it fall as she managed to stop laughing and smiled a little bit at the boy. A tiny reward for seeing behind her icy mask for all of five seconds at least. He was talking about the meditation again. Ash would love it if she could meditate. Get away from her thoughts for once. It would be nice. She could never manage to keep her thoughts at bay and it drove her slightly mad from that. She nodded. ”I’m not the best student I confess” she said, a tiny blush coloring her cheeks before she stuffed it down. But it was true. When it came to books and such, she was a good student. But give her stuff like meditation or learning to control her dreamwalking and Ash fell apart. She wasn’t good at that and it frustrated her.
A lot of things frustrated her. And as she allowed herself to dwell on this, the pink began to slowly grow up her hair in an attempt to take over. But she pushed down the feeling of frustration though quickly, so that way the pink would drain out. She didn’t need him asking questions about the fact that her hair changed colors. Even Ash wasn’t that good of a liar.
She blushed a bit when he bowed though. Why was he bowing? He didn’t need to bow to her. People never bowed to her, even jokingly. Well, was he flirting with her? Yes. That was pretty obvious to her. He had called her pretty after all. But this wasn’t familiar territory for Ash. Finn had moved in between Xander and her…Finn got jealous all the time. He hated when boys were closer to Ash then he was. But Ash was too focused on the fact that he was flirting with her than trying to get Finn to relax and step back. Ash would need to put a stop to this. This boy wasn’t allowed to flirt because Ash wouldn’t give him what he wanted. She didn’t do love and relationships for the same reason she always wore white.
She had explained Finn then though, and the way he was acting right now gave Ash a good demonstration of the other reason he was named Finvarra. It also gave her a distraction from feeling all flustered because this boy was flirting with her. She didn’t see why he was anyway. It wasn’t like Ash had given him any reason to flirt with her at all. Except for talking more than she usually did and actually smiling. Maybe she should stop doing that. She made an effort to pull her face into its usual impassive state, hoping this may discourage him from flirting with her. ”Well, this is also why” she said, gesturing down at the way that Finn was standing in between them protectively of Ash.
What to do with the fact that he was flirting now…

Xander was still seriously trying to figure out why this girl had him so bemused. Xander felt like when she had bumped into him she had bumped something out of him or into him. Like as if she had knocked breath into him and now looking at her, he was finally breathing...What the hell?...Where the hell had that come from? Xander didn't normally think like that. Xander had no romantic notions about girls most of the time. He was a very big flirt. Relationships just never come easy to him.
He had commented on her hair, and she seemed kind of stressed out about it. Like she didn't like the fact that her hair was that color at all. She said she was going to cut them off, and he cocked his head to the side and looked at her oddly. Why would she want them to cut off. He thought it looked pretty good on her and he smiled and thought about weighing his opinion in on that.
"Well..I think they look really cool...Not that my opinion matters or anything"he said bashfully. He didn't want her to think that he was trying to push his opinion on her really. He just thought the pink looked cool.
She was now talking again, saying that she wasn't the best student and Xander waved her off. He didn't care if she was worst student ever he would still most willingly teach her to meditate. Xander was a natural at it anyway. It came with his ability for Martial arts as well. Meditation was a big part of Martial arts and being that that Martial arts was his affinity he was just really good at it. 'Well I bet that even if you are a really bad student...I could still teach you..I'm a Martial artist...Luckily for me Meditation come's naturally"he said with a big smile noticing her blushing. He wasn't one for being conceited but he thought that this was going well.
She blushed even more when he bowed at her though, Maybe he should do that more often. He would if it got her to stick around. Xander had actually never even had a girlfriend. He did a lot of flirting but most girls didn't want to date him. He mentally shrugged it off, most of the time he thought that it was for the best because of the fact that he had no parents or family to introduce said girl too. All he had was the master at the Dojo, plus he was a Red, which made him dangerous most of the time. He frowned coming out of that thought process and looked up at her.
The smile seemed to have gone off her face, Finvarra was now standing in between them and now he was remembering how she had said That he liked girls more then he liked men and Xander smiled a bit. He hoped she wasn't trying to ward him off because Xander had no intention of leaving, he was kinda entranced by her. Finvarra must think ill of him, he thought he shrugged. Xander liked animals. He kneeled down and put his hand out for Finvarra to sniff.
"Well he need not worry about me..I'm harmless..."He smiled up at her then. She wasn't though, he wasn't going to let that deter him though. He couldn't. Sure Xander had never done the relationship thing, and he expected nothing out of her being that they had just met but anything, Xander thought, was worth a shot.

He looked at her oddly when she said she was going to chop off her pink tips. Well, she had to say that! Otherwise how else would she be able to explain how they were magically gone in…well she doubted they’d be gone for this conversation, not if he kept making her so flustered. Why did he keep making her so flustered? It was like he just kept saying things that made her chest flutter. What was up with that? She was pretty sure she didn’t like this feeling. She didn’t do boys, ever. Her mother was a virgin goddess, long story, and most of the people she admired were as well. How could she live up to those expectations if she couldn’t even resist the flirting of a boy or two? She couldn’t obviously. She just failed at this. She sighed softly. And now he was being all embarrassed, which was kind of cute. She was allowed to think he was cute. That wasn’t flirting. She shrugged a bit. ”I just don’t think I’m a pink kind of girl” she said. Keeping herself impassive. She would keep herself impassive. That was her goal in life.
As she relaxed, which she would, she was determined to, the pink would drain out anyway, she didn’t want so much attention on it or he may ask questions. Usually Ash was good at lies and deceptions. She’d stay true to that.
But they were back to meditation again. Yes, she liked this conversation. This conversation she could handle because it was safe, it wasn’t about her appearance or anything. It was just about meditation. She nodded a bit when he said he was a martial artist. Well that was interesting at least. She wondered what type of martial arts…and decided that she would ask because that would get the conversation away from her and on safer topics. ”Well…thank you for still offering” she said awkwardly. Ash didn’t usually spend this much time around other humans, she was usually on her own. It made her a bit awkward and she was trying her hardest to be…pleasant. ”What type of martial arts?” she asked, allowing interest and curiosity to seep into her voice. Because she was curious, why she didn’t know. But she was. And she would allow herself to be.
But that was when he bowed. And she blushed. And then schooled herself to stop being so blushy and stop being so interested. She was supposed to be aloof, unattatched. Especially to boys. She wasn’t allowed to be interested in those. Especially not one who was so sweet to her right now. She wasn’t allowed. It wouldn’t end well, he may be able to accept fledglings and all that…but a demi-god? That was weird even for her. Technically she was just a dreamwalker, born in the land of Dreams. But still, same difference. This was why she wasn’t allowed to let people close. Which was why she put up her walls again and attempted not to let him too close, not let him know she was indeed enjoying his company right now. That wasn’t allowed.
That was why she allowed Finn to get inbetween them, but then the boy knelt down closer and Ash watched, curious. When Xander held out his hand, Finn stiffened and backed away a step, not liking people getting close, but after a moment, he allowed it and got a bit closer, taking a hesitant wiff of the boy’s hand. Ash didn’t know what he smelt, but he gave a tentative wag of his tail as if to say Fine, fine, you win. But I ain’t going no where. Which was probably why Finn moved to the side a bit, though he stayed in between the two. Ash raised an eyebrow, impressed despite herself. ”Well…he’s never done that before” she said, looking down at Finn. What happened to her big strong guard wolf, huh? She looked down at him a bit accusingly, he was supposed to be helping her ward him off here. But he simply gave her a wolfy grin, cocking his head to the side and she sighed, exasperated. Silly wolf.

Xander could not really tell what this girl thought about him. He had no idea. He thought she was extraordinarily beautiful and funny. She just seemed like that type, She just seemed like one of those interesting types. He didn't understand it but he was drawn to her.
She was talking now, saying how she just really didn't think that pink was her color. Xander smiled a bit. Wasn't her color? Nah he was pretty sure it looked just fine, She said it impassively though like she really didn't care about it and He smiled a bit not saying anything really at first. He wasn't sure what to say. She didn't think pink was her color, he had already stated that.
"Well...Maybe you should try something different?Maybe a dark blue? That would look really good on you"he said sweetly. He thought he was right of course. He was pretty sure that blue would look great in her hair. Not that her hair wouldn't look good without any color at all. He was pretty sure it would look fine without it though."Not that it wouldn't look nice without color though"
He said sweetly feeling a bit bashful as he spoke, he shoved his hand deeper into his pockets and sort of rocked nervously on his heels. Xander actually never felt nervous around girls. He was really flirty normally but this girl seemed to throw him off the more he stood here and talked to her. He couldn't figure out what it was about her.
She was thanking him for being willing to teach her meditation still even though she didn't think that she would be a good student but he was pretty sure that he would be able to teach her. He had taught people before. His sensei had taught him well and he was more than willing to pass along that knowledge so he would be happy to teach and he just smiled in response.
She was asking him what type of Martial arts he did and he smirked a bit. Martial arts were his affinity he could do any Martial arts and he great at them. That was what kept his body in good shape. It was in shape before he had an affinity of course but still.
"Well Actually Martial arts are my affinity...I can do any type...Tae kwon do....you name it"he smiled bashfully and just rocked on his heels some more unsure about how she was going to react to that. Most people didn't actually react to him when he said that. No one knew how to react because it wasn't the most common affinity.
That was when he bowed and she blushed and he couldn't help but smile at her. He liked that she blushed that meant that he had a shot right? He hoped so.
That was when Finvarra had come between them and he had knelt down and started petting him. The Little wolf seemed to yield a bit and he smiled as she said that he hadn't ever done that before. Xander shrugged standing now and looking at her. "Guess he likes me...I'm not a bad guy."he said with a smile and a shrug. He wasn't. He was hoping that e could get her to see that.
