As most of you probably know, I'm Sarah (in the Cboy), and I play the lovely Black Fledgling, Olivia Mitchell. I realize the site has been kind of dead lately, and I thought maybe getting a good discussion thread going might help get some posts in.
The point of this thread is to kind of help some of the younger kids (who are planning on going to college, or are just starting college), have a place where they can ask any questions they need to ask, and we, as college students, can help them out. I would die if I were the oldest person on this board, so I'm asking that anyone who is in college, or has gone through college already, help me out, and give these kids some advice.
Feel free to post any words of advice about preparing for college, college life, coping with issues, or anything else you can think of. Also, don't hesitate to post pictures from around your campus, and show off your school pride
You don't have to if you don't want to, it's just a suggestion (i know some people get worried about crazy stalkers and what not).
To anyone who wants to go to college, and wants someone to talk to about it, or needs a couple questions answered, look no farther. Anyone who posts in this thread will be willing to help you out, plus, I am always willing to PM you my email, so if for some reason, we can't keep in touch on this site, you are free to email me any questions. Remember we can't do specifics unless someone is going to the school you are going to, but general questions and who you would contact for specific questions is always one click away.
I really want to see some more posting on CD, I know I'm new here and everything, but I think this is a really good way to help get involved. I will be posting some stuff over the next couple days. Thanks a million to anyone who joins into the discussion.
