Everything was going according to plan and Julian Blake was feeling down right giddy. Well not exactly, Julian was never quite giddy or happy or anything like that. He was very amused though, he couldn't be more amused. His game had finally stareted. He had waited so patiently but now his wait was over it was finally here and everything was in place.
He was no longer dressed in what he had been wearing at the masquerade where he had danced with Astraea and had set his wolf and snake amongst her sheep of friends. He was now wearing simple black dress pans with a black dress shirt and black silk tie with a black blazer. He was dressed to impress as usual, though the only person he wanted to impress right now was unconcious.
His cold eyes scanned the group that was sleeping on the floor. Seth and Darius had helped bring them here. Now they were off in the house probably in the dining hall eating. Which was just as well on Seth's part. Julian was an observer and he had noticed how Seth had grown more and more fond of Sephora. this would just not do, so he hadn't told him about her being her. Best he stay where he was until everyone was where they needed to be.
Julian crossed his hands in front of him as he looked at each member that was on the floor and ran their information in his mind.
Justin Flyte, simple goofy boy who was close with Astraea. He would be easy enough to crack. He did nothing that Julian ever surveyed that would showed strength of character, only fear of his girlfriend and fear of mushrooms. Sad, Sad boy.
Sephora Tayrn, Leader of his innocent ones little group and someone who would normally prove as a big problem but after what he had seen of her just days ago, Julian had special plans for her. Very special plans.
Lightning Strife, he smiled as he thought about her. She was feisty, he knew this because he had tortured her before, ut when threatened with her worst fear he was sure that she was going to crumble, like all the others had before her. They almost always crumbled.
Ms. Blaze or more commonly known as Red to his innocent one and to the others. She was in love with Kalona and was obsessed with the matchmaking of others. In his opinion she would be the easiest of them all. She would be the first to fall if he knew what he was doing and Julian always knew what he was doing.
Last but most certainly not least was his innocent one, Astraea, his only hope to finding someone innocent to share his life with. Surely she has a boyfriend but his partner, he shook his head thinking about it. Imara, a partner. Imara had him and was going to be bringing him a long any moment now. Julian smiled slowly, he loved what Imara had done to him.
He looked down at some of them and noted that they were stirring and he didn't move, they would wake and they would be so confused about how they got on the floor. They would be so confused about how they had been taken from their precious dance.
None of that mattered though, he thought as he gazed at them, none of it mattered because the game was afoot.
So let it begin.

Her head. Seph's head was pounding and she had no idea why. She didn't know what was going on, all she knew was that her head was pounding so hard that she didn't think that she was going to be able to pick her head up off the floor.
...Why the hell was her head on the floor anyway? She groaned a bit picking her head up a bit slightly, only for it to fall right back on the ground. She didn't know what was going on...perhaps she had another episode with her snow leopard self...had she hurt anyone?
Somehow she felt like that was wrong though. She always felt a certain way after turning into a kitty. She always felt a bit more free, like being in her body was a bit better even if she was sore from doing whatever it was that she did when she was in that form.
This was different though, this was much different. She felt groggy like someone had bonked her on the head and now she was just waking up from it...Had someone bonked her on the head? What had been the last thing she remembered...
The Masq...she had been at the Masqerade most unwillingly because Raine had dragged her there and then she had seen Seth so she had gone over to him to talk to him and they had talked and danced a bit...and then...and then...
She couldn't remember what happened next. She couldn't remember anything after that. Was he okay? Did he get hurt too? She finally mustered the strength to get up and she looked up seeing bodies next to her. She almost panicked but then she saw that everyone was breathing and now she could relax. At least Relax as much as she could being that she had no idea why they were all passed out here and she didn't even know where here was.
She looked to see who exactly it was she was with and saw that it was Justin, Lightning, Red and Raea. She was so confused. Why the hell were they all here and why were they passed out on the floor.
She was still in her Masqerade dress that she gathered and she blinked looking around seeing dark furniture it seemed to be like some sort of living room or parlor. She didn't know what the hell they were doing there she turned her head and she something she didn't expect.
There was a man standing there smirking at her with the most evil looking smirk she had ever seen in her life. She jumped a bit and scooched back not wanting to under his gaze but then she stopped.
She was Sephora fucking Tayrn, she didn't back down from anyone. Especially some fucking weirdo, she stood slowly and wobbled a little then spoke
"Who the fuck are you?"Seph asked in a small voice, she hadn't meant to be small but some how it came out that way. She looked down at the others and frowned.
What had happened here?

Annoyance.
Irritation. Anger. Confusion. Impatience. Happiness?
Annoyance once again.
A rush of feelings launched themselves into Lightning's mind, causing a jolt to run through her body. With a start, her eyes abruptly opened, forcing herself to awake from her unconscious state. With a small groan, she closed her eyes, attempting to blacken out the pain she felt in her head. She stayed like that for a few minutes, careful not to make too much movement, in fear of causing more pain to arise. With a sigh, she finally opened her eyes slowly, cracking them open bit by bit to let them get used to the light. Annoyed, she looked around, before frowning. All she could see was... dark blue. Dark blue? What the fuck? Why could she only see fucking dark fucking blue? What the fuck was this? Was sh-- oh. Oh. Well. This was awkward.
Lightning was facing the wall.
That would explain it.
Coughing to hide her embarrassment, she rolled onto her side so that she was facing away from the wall, grimacing as she did so.
For fuck sake. What the fuck happened?
Last thing she remembered was that stupid, shitty masquerade. The piece of shit that she was forced to go to. She'd been there, with her friends. Or at least she thought she was. It was hard to tell. All she could remember solidly, was that she'd sneaked away to have some moments of peace. Someone had been walking towards her; she couldn't see who it was, because she had been facing the opposite way. Then.. A sharp pain in the back of her head. Then nothing, Blackness, if you must. Thinking about it now, she'd probably been hit in the fucking head. With a sigh, she glared at the floor. Really? The fucking head? Ever heard of fucking head trauma? She rolled her eyes, annoyed. As she continued to try and remember her memories, ever so slowly, she sat up. One hand gripped onto her forehead, she groaned once again. Fuck. Major headache.
She heard someone move beside her, and she quickly looked up to see Sephora stand. Wow. Ow. Really major headache.
How fucking annoying.
It was only then that she realised that she wasn't alone. Looking around the room, -- more slowly, this time -- she frowned, before blinking in a crude attempt to clear her vision. Justin, Red, Raea and Seph were here. It looked like her and Sephora were the only ones awake at the moment. As she looked down, her mood increasingly worsened. She was still wearing the masquerade dress. Well lovely. Fucking lovely. Stupid piece of shit.
"Who the fuck are you?
Huh? Lightning turned her head to Sephora, one brow arched, a questioning look clear on her facial features. Had Sephora been hit that badly? Tilting her head slightly to the right, she opened her mouth, about to speak. Before any words escaped past her lips, she stopped herself. Seph wasn't looking at her. She was looking beside her. Slowly, with caution, Lightning turned around.
"Shit."
She cursed, her hands and knees driving her body backwards, doing anything they could to get as much distance away from that freak as they could. She tumbled onto Justin, and it was then that she forced herself to calm down. It was him. That.. Adam, guy. That piece of utter shit who tortured her. So was that why she was here? He wanted to do more? If so, why were the others here? Something in the back of her mind, told Lightning that she wasn't the reason for their kidnap. As she watched him gaze at them, with that fucking smirk on his goddamn face; Lightning had had enough,
Slowly, she stood, her hands clenched into fists, her legs screaming at her to run, to run. Away. But no. Why should she? She wasn't scared. Yeah, okay, that was a lie. But she didn't have to show that she was scared.
The anger bubbled away in her mind, and she flexed her fingers, sparks of electricity starting to shoot out randomly. The heels were making it hard for her to balance, but somehow, she managed. Tilting her head back just slightly, her eyes narrowed; mouth set into a small snarl. "What the fuck do you want, Adam." She hissed at him, a ball of electricity starting to form in the palm of her hand. This was a bad idea. Using her affinity would only tire her; but right now, she was way to angry to care. Her emotions took control of her affinity when they spiraled out of control, and right now, she was close to ending up that way.
She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath. Calm. The fuck. Down. After a few seconds, she continued to glare at Adam. "What the fuck do you want." She snarled, a low growl forming at the back of her throat. "Why're we here?" Lightning was pretty sure they were in that house of his. But she couldn't be sure. She didn't think she'd ever seen this room before.. If she did, then she'd have recognised it when she woke up.
Lightning was scared. Really scared. The pain from what he did to her had begun to ache, and she couldn't deal with it. She wasn't strong, like Ki. She wasn't anything, really. When you got down to it, she was all talk, but no walk. She looked behind her; at her friends.
Her friends.
She'd never had friends before. Scared as she was, Lightning didn't want them to get hurt, and she cared more about their safety than hers. She glanced at Sephora. She'd get them out of it, wouldn't she? They were the Brat Pack. They'd be fine. She shook her head. Lies. She was just feeding herself lies. One by one, she looked at everyone in the room, before settling to look at Adam with the flair of a child looking for revenge, but knowing that they wouldn't be able to achieve it.
They would all get hurt, some way or another.
This was a solid fact.
They would get out alive; all of them.
This, was not.

Darkness, that's all she saw. Raea wondered how she could see this much darkness as she was in a well lit place a few minutes ago. There was music, dancing, food, wine, and a tall mysterious stranger in gold everything...OK nearly gold everything, but still very flashy! Raea slowly felt pain grow in her head and she thought maybe it was the music, but...
There was no music. None, she didn't hear anybody talking either, she only heard people breathing. Where was she? She opened her eyes only to yelp at the pain that exploded in her head.
Ohhh, Raea wondered what truck she ran into to get this kind of pain in her head. She groaned and tried to open her eyes again, only to shut them again from the pain just to open them hit her. She just lied there, waiting for the pain to recede. What happened?! Where was she?! What happened to that guy she was dancing with?!
She slowly opened her eyes and saw that she was starting at the back of Red's head. RED! She was here too?! She slowly sat up and looked around.
SEPH! LI! JUSTIN!
What were they doing here?! She put a hand to her head and felt the headband of the mask she was wearing. She tore it off her head in frustration and threw it in Justin's general direction, not caring if it hit him or not...Yet.
She heard Seph speak and she looked where she was glaring, only to see the man she danced with smiling at them. Raea felt her stomach twist and turn, he looked... Scary. He was gazing at them, and Raea wondered how he could have kept such a calm and, dare she say it, slightly seductive, demeanor. She moved back slightly and then looked down. She was wearing her damn dress, and she was pretty sure she was wearing those damned heels too. She kicked the shoes off and glared at Julian.
Lightning was up with Seph and Lightning said that his name was Adam. Raea looked back at the man and wrapped her arms around herself. She had a bad feeling...Wait, that image of Pride she conjured up earlier at the dance...She tried desperately to remember it. Stupid Astraea!! It was a fucking vision!! She ignored a vision and now look what happened!! "Where are we?"
She had a bad feeling about all of this. She didn't like it. She wanted to be back home in bed sleeping, NOT spending it in some place who knows where. She kept mentally kicking herself for not taking that vision into account, but, then again, when they're only about a few seconds long and you don't see much, you tend to think it was your imagination gone wild.
She WISHED this was her imagination going wild. She didn't want it to be real. She didn't want any of this to be real. She looked over to Seph and hoped she had a plan to get out of here.
Muse: Poor Comments: Raea doesn't even know she's the one to get them out of this shit, nooot good and sorry about the whole short thing, it's been too long since I've last posted

Post by Imara Sophia "Immie" Deveroux on Apr 24, 2011 12:05:56 GMT -5
Immie was oh so very happy! She could practically giggle. In fact, she was, yes, yes. The little red fledgling had her favorite pair of skinny jeans, black splattered with red paint. She adored these. Cause it looked like blood! Without getting all yucky and making that ugly brownish color when it dried. Immie liked her blood fresh and red, yes yes she did. She did ever so much! It was bad news for other people that she was in pants though. Immie only wore pants when she was in a particularily sadistic mood and didn’t want to get a lot of blood on her pretty pretty skirts. Immie wasn’t like Julian, she wasn’t neat. She was messy and she liked it that way. She liked being that way.
The Game was afoot today though! She giggled again and bounced over to the poor boy who was slumped, sitting, against the wall of her play room. Silly silly boy. She had woken him up a minute ago but he was passed out again! She pouted at him. Immie figured she had taken too much blood, but that was why she had let him bite her earlier that day! That was supposed to help right? She wasn’t sure. She had never tried to keep a playmate alive before. Silly boy, she kicked his foot and heard a muffled groan of pain coming from him when it twisted his leg that was broken in…how many places? She thought three but she wasn’t sure. She knew one was three but the other was just two. She had been nice about his legs. Kinda.
He couldn’t speak, no, no. Slightly upsetting because she missed his screams, but she had gotten so sick of his talking or trying to convince her to let him go. So she had sewed up his lips! She giggled a bit at the thought. He looked so silly with the zig-zagging black lines across his lips, they made him look like a rag doll or something. She took a moment to look him over. His little girlfriend, Julian’s innocent one, would not be happy. The bruises from his broken ribs showed clearly because Immie had stripped him of his shirt a while ago. All his fingers were broken but that had been child’s play. The cut across his cheek, the one she had reopened last night, was still bleeding. Oops, that may be why he kept passing out. She paused a moment to lick it clean and seal the wound. All better! She giggled. At least his pants kept people from seeing the awkward way his legs lay on the ground.
She had given him that much dignity.
Sorta.
She giggled again. Silly boy, silly silly boy. She had broken him nice and good, or so she thought anyway. She was pretty sure he was broken enough for her purposes anyway. By the time she had sewed up his lips, he had been in too much pain to be too coherent, she liked when they got to that part, made it easier for her to do her work. He had asked her to just kill him once. And she was pretty sure he was totally doubting himself when it came to his little innocent one, doubting himself a lot if she had done her job right. Which she had, she knew she had done a good job, good enough to even make Julian happy…not that she went out of her way to make that man happy, she liked irritating him instead. But it suited both of their purposes right now for him to be happy with her work.
She giggled and tapped his face, none to gently. In the end she got pissed and backhanded him, her hand making four fresh cuts across his cheeks, to match all the other old scars that showed because she had kept him too distracted to use his affinity at all. She pouted, but then soon fell into giggles because that was just the way the psychotic little girl that was Immie played. He woke up though! With an unintelligible groan he woke, tried to move his mouth and then remembered he couldn’t. And that just made her giggle again. ”Come on! Up, up Pretty Boy! We have things to do!” she said with a giggle, and then proceeded to skip out the door, waiting for him. Until she remembered he couldn’t follow, not after she had broken his legs at least five times in total. Oops.
So with that she skipped back over to him. She had since unchained his hands, and by some miracle hadn’t broken his arms, just cut them up a lot…the bone had shown at one point but she had healed that too. She didn’t need him dying, that just wouldn’t do! She tsked her thoughts and then grabbed the poor boy by the arm and proceeded to drag him out after her. Making sure to hit all the possible bumps. Locking her playroom with the key from around her neck—she insisted it stay locked after all, the girl had to have some form of privacy!—she skipped out to the parlor where everyone else was. She knew Julian had brought them in, the boys had told her some time ago! But she had been busy getting the last of her playtime in.
She made it to the parlor after dragging the boy down the stairs, and was certain he would have screamed if she hadn’t sewn up his lips, poor boy she wanted to hear him scream. ”Come, come now Pretty Boy, we’re off to see your little innocent one, yes, yes we are” she said, entirely giddy. The Game always made Immie giddy.
She dragged Pride into the room after her, and ignored the way he tried not to look at his innocent one, feeling guilty thanks to Immie of course, she didn’t care what he did now. She was still his keeper for a little while, but she didn’t care. She had had her fun, now she just had to play babysitter on top of torturing anyone she was allowed to torture. She hoped a few wandered into her playroom, that would be so perfect, yes yes. She giggled and then plopped herself down on Pride’s broken legs with more of her weight then she needed to, to make him cry out again as best he could. All the little Players were freaked out and didn’t know what was going on. Poor them. She pouted a little before falling into giggles again. ”What fun, what fun” she sing-songed to herself, waiting for Julian to explain so they could get to playing already!

Justin Flyte
I just want to celebrate another day of livin', I just want to celebrate another day of life! I put my faith in the people, But the people let me down. So I turned the other way, And I carry on, anyhow. That's why I'm telling you!
.xXx. Justin was quite the smart little duckling. So, as I’m sure you can imagine, when he started to slowly drift out of unconsciousness, his mind immediately started skipping to conclusions for reasons as to why he had seemingly “passed out.” At first Justin figured he’d gotten drunk. I mean, he’d had enough hangovers to know it felt similarly to this, although he didn’t know how, exactly, he would have gotten drunk. Did someone rig the punch? Did he go clubbing after the party, and get completely hammered? The weird part was... Justin couldn’t remember. He remembered the party, trying to get Cris to dance... But, then his memory just faded out. Is that a bad thing? Usually, when he got drunk, he at least had a feint memory of what he did while drunk, let alone how he got there. There was something oddly unsettling about not being able to remember. Where was he? His room? The floor somewhere? Justin wrenched his eyes open slowly, blinking in attempt to focus his swimming vision. He exhaled, before his brows furrowed suddenly. The school didn’t have black carpet. Okay, no big deal. He was obviously somewhere else. But where? Justin’s fingers ran over the carpet lightly, before he decided it was about time to sit up. Who knows what time it is?! Would he be late for class? Justin paused, there. It wasn’t like he went to class much, anyways. But hey, old habits die hard. Slowly, he attempted to pull his head up. Not a good idea. Justin’s head pounded, the painful thrumming sensation shooting from his head, down into his neck and shoulders. He groaned almost silently, the sound barely audible, before his head fell back to the carpet. Alright. So, maybe he’d gotten a tad wild last night. But, really? His head hadn’t hurt this bad, ever before. Had he gotten into a fight? Justin started to get quite irritated, at not being able to answer all these damn questions. Didn’t he have more control over himself? “What the fuck do you want? Why’re we here?” Lightning? Justin paused, before turning his head... to see Red laying a few feet away from him, also passed out. What the hell? Justin pushed himself into a sitting position slowly, shifting to lean against the wall until the pain subsided. He looked around him then, only to pause, his brow furrowed once again. What the fuck? Lightning, Sephora, Raea, and Red? Why were they all here? And him? Justin’s stomach churned, as he took note to his surroundings. This definitely wasn’t the school. Somehow, he had the feeling he definitely hadn’t gotten drunk last night. It was then he laid eyes on the rather sadistic-looking guy before all of them. His smirk spoke of deadly intentions, while his calm exterior both confused and frightened Justin. Immediately his lips pursed, eyes narrowing at the guy before them. Who the fuck did he think he was? Justin looked over to Raea as she spoke, though his gaze flickered back to the guy he vaguely remembered the others calling Adam. Did they know him? Was he safe? By the look on his face, Justin guessed not. But the fun didn’t end there. Justin stayed silent, until the sudden scent of blood hit him. It was feint, but still... there. Did the others smell it, too? They weren’t Red. Did that make a difference? Justin looked around quickly, the pain in his head now allowing movement, in search of this mysterious source. Had someone been hurt? The scent got stronger with each passing moment, until Justin’s eyes flickered towards a staircase. Footsteps. Oh god. Justin froze, as a girl came down the stairs, dragging someone behind her. Was he dead? Alive? Justin didn’t know. It was then he got a glimpse of the guys face, and his face paled. Pride? What the fuck was going on here? Immediately a low growl escaped from Justin’s throat, more an instinctive warning, then a threat. He exhaled forcefully, cutting off the uncalled-for noise mid-growl, before forcing himself into a standing position. He stayed against the wall, but there was no way he felt comfortable sitting. Not with Pride looking like that, just across the room. Not with that guy smiling like that. No, he couldn’t sit. Sitting wouldn’t give him an advantage, whatsoever. No, standing was much better. Much, much better. Justin’s fingers tapped against the wall, an anxious habit, as he stared before him. So many questions. Where they going to die? Was Pride going to be alright? What did they plan for the pack? Where were they? Was Cris okay? Justin stifled another growl, with the thought. “What the fuck is going on?” Justin asked, his voice hoarse, yet cautious. He didn’t want to piss the rather psychotic red fledgling off, nor did he want to bother the creeper up front. He sent a worried glance towards Pride, before looking back towards Adam and the other girl. They were both trouble, that was all he knew. Their intentions, however, were what scared him.
Well, I can't be bothered with sorrow, And I can't be bothered with hate, no, no! I'm using up my time by feeling fine, every day, That's why I'm telling you I just want to celebrate!

”Red, seriously, I doubt Lux would protest getting to dance with you so go over there or stop staring”
Cris gave Red that smirk of hers; the one that said 'don't even think about denying you want to'. Not that she was planning on it. She totally wanted to dance with Lux, who looked even yummier in a tux then normal (if that was possible), and she was already quite determined to do so. She snickered, one red lip curling up.
"Fine. I will." She sasheed over in her strappy gold heels, flicking one strand of annoyingly stiff, hairsprayed wave back as she approached the brunette, who eyed her outfit with approval.
"Nice to see you out of jeans, Red."
"Same to you, Marluxia. Except I might prefer shirtlesness to the tux. Not that it isn't stunning." She teased, then weaved her fingers into his. "Remind me what we're standing around for?"
His lips matched her sly smirk. "No idea."
They, in synch, stepped out onto the floor; and Red spun to drape her arms over his shoulders and playfully peck his nose. He chuckled, his voice sounding odd... older. She eyed him for a moment as he snuck his hands around her waist, pulling her closer to him. Not that that was odd, but confusion settled in her furrowed brows when he reached up and ran a finger down her cheek.
"I love you."
But that wasn't Marluxia's voice. Red blinked rapidly, lips rounding into a questioning 'o'. It wasn't Marluxia she was dancing with, it hadn't ever been. It was Kalona. He, with fluid movements, spun the much shorter (even with the four-inch heels) girl through the awkwardly rocking teenage couples with effortless grace; grinning in that way of his that encompassed both serenity and mischievousness.
Red's brows were still knotted, despite the quickening dance; twirling of feet.
"What?"
Memory was slipping; she'd just missed something very important, but she didn't know what. She brushed a hair back behind his ear, as she always did, and the world stopped. Laughs hung in the air. Wind ceased. Despite this, the edge of his shirt still tickled the top of her thighs. She wondered where her shoes were, why his room was so chilly all of the sudden. He, unclothed (and so much more comfortable that way) stepped back, leaving her hand empty and her heart aching. His face was twisted in dark anger.
"I never loved you."
Her mouth dropped open, brows lifting to expose wide, shimmering blue pools. She pressed a hand to her mouth, willed, willed, willed the tears away, and dropped the the floor: first knees, then, in support, one shaking arm; the other pressed to her face.
Why did this hurt so much, and yet set off a numbing in her body just the same?
Her shoulders shook, and her eyes were closed. Her body curled in on itself. Defense.
Black butterflies clouded her vision.
Her body jerked; a thorough spasm. She didn't open her eyes. Her body thrummed all over with a sort of negative pressure. She, lying on her side, rolled onto her back: before realizing that the carpet had changed to linoleum. Odd. She opened her eyes; blue scanning the bleak ceiling, before the memories hit her. She pressed her lips together, mind buzzing over the dance, which had ended so suddenly in Kalona's memory. That couldn't have happened.
"What the fuck is going on?"
The gruff, familiar voice pulled her back firmly to reality: and Red's eyes flicked sideways to see Justin; tensed and confrontation floating in his aura. She propped herself up fluidly onto her elbows, eyes raising to the auras around her; at first dim, though they faded into being. Seph was pissed. Raea was apprehensive, afraid. Lightning was confrontational. Justin was confused, suspicious. They were all foreboding. There was a girl at the far end: giddy and floating high in a cloud of white, who was dragging a man whose aura blinked horrifyingly close to being lost...
Pride.
This realization shot Red fully into a sitting position, craning toward Pride and trying to get a firmer grasp on his aura. Like a fairy, a dim light on a person meant bad news. Then the most dominant aura in the room pulsated into Red's own, exerting control and promising defeat. Red's eyes automatically gained a rebellious glint, rising to meet his. Cold eyes demanded fear, his grin exuded sadism. Echos of his name, Adam, fell about the room: but his aura held no trigger response to that name. It wasn't his. His name danced just beyond her reach: either because she was tired or he was very good. But there was no need to hide the answer to the question bouncing around the room: dominating the space possibly even more then he.
Why're we here?
Red spoke quietly, eyes still trained on his aura and hair in limp red waves in her face.
"His name isn't Adam." She informed softly, surely attracting the attention of her tensed friends. "And he wants to kill us."

Julian loved this. The game, he thrived on the game. He couldn't imagine what his life would be like without the game that he had created for his own sadistic amusement. Julian had been a sadist since as long as he could remember, this was why he figured he had the affinity that he did. He was born to torture others and to love every little minute of it.
This game though, this game was special. Julian was bound to get something more out of this game than he did out of all the other games. Usually, what Julian got was a very happy Imara and a lot of dead people that he had to clean up and make it look like murders and things. This time though, this was different. This was different because Julian actually wanted someone to win in this game, someone other than himself. He had finally found an innocent one and he wanted her to win, because if she won then she would prove her worth. Though, if she lost he could have her easier but it wasn't the same. She would show him the strength in her heart proving that she was one to be coveted.
Or she wouldn't and she and her friends would all die. Imara would love that one, she hated those that were innocent and didn't understand Julian's obsession with them and he wasn't exactly sitting her down to explain it to her because with that crazy girl he doubted that it would matter it would just go in one ear and come right out the other. He needed Imara though, she made his affinity stronger with her own. this was why he had sought her out in the first place, because as much as he hated to admit it. Julian needed her.
He shook off that thought though, she would be down shortly with the innocent ones boyfriend, he thought with much distaste but a smile quickly appeared on his face. He had seen the condition that this boyfriend was in and it wasn't pretty. It made Julian want to get up and dance though. The innocent one and her friends would play this game. They would play it for him, because he mattered to them. For what ever reasons, Julian didn't care, they either played or died. In most of their cases, it would be that they were going to play and die, which Julian didn't mind either.
While Julian had been thinking, the first one, their oh fearless leader had awoke and was staring daggers into him and he smirked at her widely. He wasn't afraid of her though she certain was wishing that he was. It was she who should have been afraid of him. He understood why she wasn't though, she had no idea what was about to befall her. She had no idea that this was going to be a night that she would never forget.
He turned his attention next to Lightning who was waking Much in the same fashion as Sephora had. He almost grinned even wider than he had been but he didn't. He was careful to keep his stare cold and calculated and his smirk the same. He would give nothing away, that was his Poker face so to speak. She stood and was looking to Sephora and he just stood their. Julian had no intention explaining the game until everyone was awake. They could ask and curse all they wanted he wasn't speaking until everyone was awake. He smiled when Lightning called him Adam. He always used a fake name with his torture victims, it made him less traceable. Unless he planned on killing them of course, then there was no point.
The next to wake up was his innocent one, he watched her wake and watched the recognition in her face. He wanted to go over to her, seduce her in front of her friends or maybe he would wait until Imara showed up with him. He was bound to look terrible and Julian would love to make him feel worse, to make his heart writhe in agony...
As if on cue he heard a giggle and he couldn't help but smile a bit. He was in such a good mood that her little antics amused him and he was happy to see her. Even as she talked to her battered little captive. Julian looked at her come down and listened to her giggle and he shook his head a bit as he watched the shocked faces as they saw the condition of the boy.
She giggled again and he rolled his eyes a bit "Immie darling, quiet. I need to explain things"he mused quietly. He was being nice to her because he needed to be and because he was in such a good mood. He was excited and he wanted everything to go smoothly and for that he needed her too be quiet and just hold the boy like she was supposed too.
The only boy there, if you could call him that woke next and Julian was growing bored of all the waiting for her friends to wake up. Didn't they realize that there was a game that he wanted to play here?
He continued to smirk as the last girl woke up. The matchmaker, Finally, he could explain everything and the game would start. Julian's cold heart beat faster and faster just in anticipation of it all. The girl spoke saying his name wasn't Adam and that he wanted to kill them. He smirked, he figured she'd know that.
He clapped a bit, slowly one clap after another. "Well done, my name isn't Adam and I would be more than happy to kill you all..he smirked "Well...most of you anyway...my name is Julian and you are all here in my home. You are all here to play my game"
He grinned a bit and stepped forward taking a hand and smoothing black the dirty blond of his hair and watching them "The bottom line is, I want Astraea for myself and I will have her. Actually Astraea, this is all about you, you are all here because of her. You will play the game and if Astraea succeeds to help you all and get to the roof by midnight, your free to go...as is pride. If not, your all dead" he smirked a bit.
He walked over to Pride and smiled down at him, he kicked him, just for enjoyment and then turned back to them "The rules are as follows, you get out of your fear and you will move on. You don't and your own fate will be sealed. "that was all that was important anyway. Everything else would show itself as they went a long.
"In a few moments you will all experience your worse fears and attempt to be free. Beware of the wolf and snakehe smirked in the direction of Sephora in that last one "Any questions?"
Julian grinned and had his hands held behind his back. It was time to play the game, he was sick of waiting.

Seph was not happy. No, that was an understatement to how she was feeling right now, she was down right pissed. What the fuck was going on in this world? She knew that going to that dance had been a bad idea. If she hadn't gone to the dumb thing, if they all hadn't gone perhaps they would be okay, she had wanted to see Seth though...
Seph shook the thought off, she was secretly wondering if he was okay but she couldn't think about that right now. She needed to think about getting everyone out of here. Once she figured out where the hell they were.
Seph wasn't scared. She was angry, that was how she tended to react to things, with anger and she couldn't be more angry than she was right now. She was looking at the guy and she had such an urge to go and punch him right in the face and then run right out the door, she looked around not seeing anyway out only a way further into this place and it made her frown.
The others were starting to wake, Lightning woke up first and Seph notice that she seemed to know who this guy was and Seph almost asked her who the hell the guy was and what did he want with them but Lightning seemed otherwise distracted by asking him what the fuck he wanted which was a question that Seph wanted answered as well.
Seriously, he had to want something with they way he was just looking at them all like that. He had an agenda, that smile just seemed to say that he knew something they all didn't. Like this was all some big joke that he only knew the punch line too. Seph didn't like it, it was upsetting her and waking up her kitty which she had dormant for awhile now. She frowned as she watched Raea wake as well, who the hell was this guy and why did everyone seem to know him but her?
Things seemed to just keep getting worse though, Seph looked up and she couldn't believe what she saw. A girl a crazy girl no doubt had come bouncing down the stairs with..Pride in tow, Seph looked to Raea and then back at the girl who had pride and had this urge to lunge at her and claw out her eyes. Seph didn't know Pride that well, but she knew how important he was to Raea. How did this all happen?
Their captor was looking at this display like it was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen in his life and she wanted to go and smack the smile off of his face. Stupid son of a bitch.
Seph was reeling, she didn't know what was going on and Jackass over there didn't seem inclined to explain. She looked over seeing Justin waking up and she frowned deeply. She didn't have her strongest fighters here, so it made her more determined to get them all out of her and unharmed. No body deserved this whatever this was.
Red was the last one to wake and she seemed to know more than everyone else, this fact Seph was happy about, they could use even just one edge no matter how little it was. Red said that his name wasn't Adam and that he wanted to kill them and it woke up her kitty entirely.
Something about him, about this place. It was waking up her Kitty so much and Seph hated it, she wanted out, she was starting to feel stuck. That was when he started clapping saying that he would love to kill them and that his name was Julian and they were about to play his game.
Game? What the fuck was wrong with this guy? Was he mentally deranged? They were not sticking around to play some fucking sicko game he cooked up on one of his lonely nights playing Dungeons and Dragons in his damn basement. Seph shook her head.
"We're not playing any games Asshole" She said in an angry and clipped tone. Who the fuck did he was? He didn't control anybody here. He needed to get it in his fucking head that he was messing with the wrong people, she wouldn't tolerate this, neither would any of the others.
He seemed to be ignoring her though, he was ignoring her glaring at him and he was speaking about the game and about fears and Seph blinked, he planned on killing them all. She gulped. Fuck no. She had too much to live for. Way too much. She was not going to die, all this was about Raea. He wanted Raea, couldn't he have just asked her out? Did it have to be this way?
What a fucking Crazy Lunatic! Seph was shaking her head, he asked if there were any questions and Seph ran a hand through her hair and then raised her hand a bit.
"Yeah...I've got a question...Who the fuck let you out of the nut house you crazy son of a bitch and where can I find them so I can personally punch them?"she said in a tone dripping with sarcasm. There was no way this was happening, it was probably just a dream, but if it wasn't...they all needed a way out and Seph had no idea how.

They were all waking up.
One by one.
Raea came to not long after Lightning herself had, and this comforted her a little. Not much, but still, a little. Because she had feared that maybe, just maybe some of them wouldn't wake up. That the guy, Adam, had done something to their heads -- because really, why else would her fucking head kill like bat shit crazy? -- and that some of them wouldn't be able to come out of their unconscious state. But hey, 3 out of 5 so far. Things were.. Well, nothing. On the normal occasion, Lightning would have used the term, looking up. But that was hardly the case here, was it? Nothing was looking up. If anything, things were just going downhill.
With narrowed eyes, she continued to glare at Adam, the way he was just sitting there infuriating her to the very core. What did he actually want? Obviously, they were here for some kind of purpose. But what purpose? From Seph and Raea's reactions, they didn't have a single fucking idea who Adam was. Something told her that Red and Justin wouldn't either. So that left her. She'd met him before. Was it because of her? Fuck. She hoped not. She wouldn't be able to deal with the.. the guilt if it was. The very idea of anyone getting hurt -- or worse, killed -- because of her was enough to drive her insane. If it actually happened? Fuck. She wouldn't know what to do with herself.. She wouldn't be able to live.
It occurred to Lightning that she'd already thought this particular thought process before. Urgh. Fuck. Her mind was fucked. Great. Just what she fucking needed when she and her friends were trapped in a room with a possible lunatic. Lovely.
Suddenly, a door opened, and this.. this girl waltzed in. Dragging a body behind her.
Oh god.
Things were a lot worse than she thought.
A lot worse.
Fuck.
Bugger.
Shit.
Her gaze focused on the girl at first. If you could even call her that. Her arms covered in blood, -- which she presumed were from the body behind her -- small frame. Small frame. That meant that she was probably weaker than the people in the room put together. A lot weaker. That was good. The girl looked up, and Lightning caught a flash of her eyes, immediately shuddering back automatically, her fear kicking in. Red eyes. Shit. She was a red. Which meant she probably had red strength. Which also meant that she was a lot stronger that Lightning had hoped she'd be. Urgh. Fuck. Fuck. How the fuck were they supposed to get the fuck out?
Slowly, Lightning's blue orbs trailed from the girl, to the body. She had presumed that the body was dead; the state of it looked so poor. So broken. But upon further inspection, Lightning saw that the body was alive. It took a few seconds before she could place a name to the face. Pride. Immediately, Lightning turned to Raea, taking a step closer towards her friend to show some support. Why Pride? Lightning risked a glance at Adam, and she snarled, disgusted by how happy he looked. How could he find something like this amusing? She could hear Pride's muffled yelling as the bitch sat on his legs. Muffled? Why muffled? Lightning was too scared to know. She didn't know Pride well. Actually, she didn't know him at all. But she knew this much; he was Raea's boyfriend. And that meant that Raea must be breaking up right now. She looked at Raea once again, wishing that she could go over to her and do something, anything to make her feel better.
But Lightning never was one to comfort well.
And plus, she didn't want to stop glaring at Adam. She wanted to keep an eye on him. Because right now, it was two against five. Technically, they had more people against them. So why did she feel so outnumbered?
Then Justin woke up, and Lightning just stared at Adam as Justin asked the same questions as they had already asked. Lightning had always been impatient. She hated things that went slowly. She even found filling up a water bottle from the fountain too time consuming. But for this? This, she had time for. She wanted to know why they were here. And if she had to wait for that fucking bastard to speak, then she would. But a little persuasion never hurt..
Lightning raised her hand, about to activate her affinity and create a ball of electricty.
But then Red woke up.
"His name isn't Adam." She said. "And he wants to kill us."
He wants to kill us.
The sentence echoed through her mind over and over again, freezing her in place. She knew this was what he wanted. She knew it.
She just didn't think it would actually happen.
But he did. Ada-- no. His name wasn't Adam, was it? Of course it wasn't. God, she was so stupid. Of course he'd had given her a fake name! She cursed herself, before continuing to glare at the boy. He wanted them all to die. Perhaps she had been wrong. There hadn't been a reason why they were all here. Maybe he just wanted to kill them all, just for the fun of it. Because that's what people like that did, wasn't it? They killed, just for the excitement, the thrill. No purpose. Just for the thrill. The end.
"Well done, my name isn't Adam and I would be more than happy to kill you all..he smirked "Well...most of you anyway...my name is Julian and you are all here in my home. You are all here to play my game"
Lightning stared at him, not wanting to believe what she was hearing. Game? What fucking game?
"The bottom line is, I want Astraea for myself and I will have her. Actually Astraea, this is all about you, you are all here because of her. You will play the game and if Astraea succeeds to help you all and get to the roof by midnight, your free to go...as is pride. If not, your all dead"
Raea.
He wanted Raea.
There was a purpose after all. They were all here because of Raea.
Because of Raea.
Julian walked over to Pride, kicking him once, before turning back to them. Lightning snarled at him, furious. How dare he do this to Raea? To them? Did he honestly think that he could get away with it?
"The rules are as follows, you get out of your fear and you will move on. You don't and your own fate will be sealed. In a few moments you will all experience your worse fears and attempt to be free. Beware of the wolf and snake."
Worst.. Fears?
Cloud. Cloud dying. Being alone. Mindless thoughts rushed past her mind, her brain scrambling to search for her worst fear. But she didn't know! The first thing she thought of was Cloud. The death of him would break her. But.. She had already experienced his death once.. And she got through it, hadn't she? So what else could it be? Lightning frowned, starting to panic. How could she not know her own worst fear?! If she didn't know, then how could he?
"Any questions?"
Lightning simply stared at him, not wanting to believe that this was actually happening. Because it couldn't be. This sort of stuff; it just didn't happen in real life.
"Yeah...I've got a question...Who the fuck let you out of the nut house you crazy son of a bitch and where can I find them so I can personally punch them?"
Sephora.
Lightning had forgotten that there were other people in the room. But Sephora. She was here. She'd get them out, right? She had to. The girl's words brought back some strength to Lightning, and she took a breath, trying to calm herself down. She'd felt what it was like to go through Julian's torture before. But she doubted that what she went through, would be anything like this. What they were about to go through, was going to be so much worse, wasn't it? Wasn't it?
No. It wasn't. Because they weren't going to go through with it.
Head tilted up, Lightning forced herself to laugh. At first, it came out small, pathetic. She forced herself to smirk, as always, and she snorted, as if what Julian just said was funny. Hilarious.
She had to stay like normal. Because if she did, then she wouldn't be as scared. And if she wasn't scared, then she'd be able to fight back. It wouldn't do if they were all afraid. But god. She was so scared. She didn't want to die. She didn't want to die, and leave Cloud. How many times did she say that she hated the House of Night? How many times did she take her life for granted? If only she could go back. She didn't want to die.
She wouldn't die.
Head up. Hands on hips. Eyes narrowed. Brow arched.
Bitch mode, on.
"Really? You think this is actually going to happen?" She asked, her voice unusually calm. Her hands were shaking, and she felt as if she wanted to just break down, and cry. But she couldn't. For Raea. For Cloud. For her friends. "If you think, for even one moment, that we're just going to go ahead and let you harm Raea, or any of us, then you're pretty retarded." She snorted once again, forcing herself to keep up with this charade of hers. "This game? Yeah, we don't wanna play. So you can go fucking fuck yourself. Fucking bitch." She ended with a snarl, before turning to the girl on top of Pride. Couldn't leave her out, could we?
"Oh, and you? Yeah. You're done for. I'm not even going to bother telling you to go fuck yourself. Because you already have." If-- no. When they got out, Cris and Ki would be furious. They'd go after her, right? And they wouldn't be alone.
The girl had come in through a door. That meant, that they could go out through that door. Which meant an escape route. But Lightning was never good with plans. She was too impatient to think of the dangers. Glancing at Seph, she nodded once. She'd leave that to Seph. That was her area of expertise. Swearing and threatening bastards was her forte.
"I'm telling you now. Either get us out whilst we're playing nice, or do it the hard way."
She lifted up her hands, electricity now buzzing through her fingers, a ball forming in each palm, little sparks spitting out. The light illuminating off the electricity glowed onto her face, accenting how dark her eyes had become.
She wouldn't be able to keep this up for long; she could feel her energy draining out even now.
But like she said. Threatening bastards was all she had. She may as well do it well.
"Choose wisely, bitch."

He didn't say anything. He just kept....staring at them, like they were tools or something. Raea didn't like it. She wanted to get out, she needed to get out. She didn't feel right. She looked at Seph again and then back to Li, her stomach twisting and turning. Something was wrong, something was very wrong.
Justin woke up next and Raea looked over too him. Poor guy looked so confused...Well, more confused than he usually was. Raea wanted to go hug him but she just stayed put. She couldn't move. She could, but she felt frozen, and she didn't want to really get up. She would have preferred falling back unconscious, at least THEN she wouldn't see that damn guy she danced with staring at her. He reminded her of Fredric, damn guy always wanted her and tried everything. She blocked him and even thought of a restraining order, but being surrounded by vampyres was pretty much like that.
Justin looked alert now, his head moving. He looked in pain but he looked like he was trying to...Smell something? Raea took a deep breath to calm her heart but it just beat faster. She felt her hands start shaking and when she looked over to someone entering the room her eyes widened. This little girl's arms were covered in blood, and she was smiling. Why was she smiling? And who was she dragging into the room?
The hair was a dead giveaway, along with the many scars and wounds that were on his bare chest and back. He wasn't looking at her, and Raea could have cried. "PRIDE!!" Horror. Absolute horror. She covered her mouth and tried desperately not to sob. She didn't dare move either. When the girl made him sit down, she sat down on his legs. Raea just let the tears flow down her cheeks as Pride screamed...Or tried to. His mouth was sewn shut. Raea couldn't tear her eyes away, hard as she tried. He wouldn't look at her, she wanted him to look at her.
She felt so guilty thinking those things now. She covered her face with her hands and cried. She didn't look up when Red spoke. She just wiped her eyes and kept her face down, trying very hard to stop the tears falling from her eyes.
Kill. The man standing before them wanted to kill them... Raea looked up at Julian, eyes red from crying. She wiped them with her hand and listened to him speak. So this was all for some stupid game? He kept talking and said that he wanted her for himself. Raea felt so disgusted now. This game was about her, and Raea felt even more guilty now than when she did earlier, only now she felt like she dragged everybody into it.
He kicked Pride and Raea felt a growl come up from her throat. "Don't touch him! AND GET OFF OF HIM!"
Apparently, in order to get out of this damn house, Raea had to help everybody through their worst fear, then she had to experience her own. Hell SHE WAS ALREADY LIVING IT!! OK...not really, Kalona scared her even more but right now, Julian was scaring the shit out of her, and all she wanted was for Pride to NOT die from blood loss and to get the hell out!!
Seph was pissed. She wanted to know what mental institution let him out, then Lightning went off and started defending her and themselves, Raea smiled a little, but not enough. Once Li was done Raea looked at Julian and wished she had her bow and arrows, one nice shot to his heart would have done the trick.
She thought about the options, and it didn't look like they had a lot... "You realize if you kill them all you'd have to kill me too? I'm not yours, nor will I ever be." She stood up and glared at Julian, strands of hair falling into her face. "And if you or your little girlfriend here touches my boy again tonight, you're BOTH getting a dozen arrows stuck in your back."
Dammit where were her arrows?!
Muse: HEADACHEEEEEE!! She's both angry and sad and I think someone needs to calm her down? Comments: Ending, FAIL!! Words: 700...something. I don't know

Post by Imara Sophia "Immie" Deveroux on Apr 27, 2011 18:30:25 GMT -5
Immie giggled. Again. Surprise, surprise. The psychotic little red was beyond happy right now. Why? Because, even though she hadn’t been allowed to kill him, she was kinda amused to note that she was just as happy as if she had. Because the Pretty Boy, she didn’t know his name and didn’t care to, was in so much pain right now, and that was almost better than the death he had asked her for yesterday after she had been through with him. And now she was sitting on his legs, watching his face contort with the pain she was putting him through. Such fun! She loved the pain in people’s eyes, almost as much as she loved screams. She had sacrificed the screams though.
His talking had gotten annoying to her.
This was why she killed them. They didn’t talk when they were dead. Though, they also didn’t bleed as much which made it less fun. Immie licked at the blood on her fingers distractedly. It was the Pretty Boy’s, and it was fresh enough that it was still luke warm against her tongue. Yes, she liked that enough to grin again, not that everything didn’t make the little girl grin like a psychotic little doll.
Julian asked her to be quiet and she pouted at him. He had called her Immie at least, which was a rare thing coming from someone who hated the nickname, but it was still enough to make her pout despite the tone. She didn’t like being quiet. But he had a point, he needed to explain the rules to them so they wouldn’t just wander into her room and get themselves killed without all the fun that came along with the game. And as much as she wouldn’t mind them wandering into her path, it wouldn’t be as sporting. So she did shut her mouth, stifling her giggles as best she could in favor of looking at the crew Julian had assembled to play. Angry and scared. Mostly. Angry and scared. What a fun combo. Immie intended to increase the scared part if she could.
The growl that came from the boy though cause her to seek him out with her ruby red eyes and growl right back until his growling subsided. Immie was still entirely feral ,even if she had some of her sanity back, so she would growl when others did because it felt like they were challenging her. He settled though and so did she, returning her attention to the Pretty Boy who was still not looking up and letting his, slightly grown out, hair cover his eyes. Awww, had she broken him that badly? She had, she had meant to. Immie didn’t break her toys right away, but in the end she liked to make sure they were shattered beyond repair.
She had done a good job on him.
She tilted her head slightly when the innocent one cried out. Pride? What type of name was Pride? She giggled, and then remembered she was supposed to be quiet. Oops. She turned her attention back to the boy, unmoved by the innocent little girls cries to get off of him, she was quite content where she was, thank you. Her nails, long enough to hurt and pierce skin, dug into the arm she still held, but he didn’t cry out this time. Was he trying to be strong for his girly? That wouldn’t get him anywhere, not with Immie. She pouted. She’d make him hurt again later while the rest played the game and he went back under her “tender” care.
Immie managed to zone out more than a little. That was the thing about Immie, you couldn’t count on her to pay any attention at all to what was going on. She noticed when Julian kicked the Pretty Boy—Pride, what a silly name—because he jerked and cried out again, best he could with his mouth all sewn up like a rag dolls. She noticed that and giggled again, but she was soon right back in her own little mental world where no one else could begin to fathom the things she thought because they were slightly….bloody? Slightly off. Slightly mental. Okay, kill the slightly’s, they were far more then that. She was thinking about her twin brothers, so it wasn’t a surprise when they appeared in front of her.
She blinked.
Oops.
Now was not a time for her delusions or her brothers. They shouldn’t see all this blood and gore. So, quietly, she spoke to them. ” Mes frères” she said quietly, staring off into middle space where she could see the twin eleven year olds, though no one else would be able to. ” Vous devez aller, Je vais jouer plus tard” she said urgently and was relieved when they actually disappeared. Her madness didn’t always listen to her in that respect.
And then, in place of her brothers, one of the players stood before her, glowly lightning ball in her hand.
Immie growled and stood, relieving Pride’s legs for the moment and making him relax just a little, she could see it in his posture and that made her more angry. The growl in her thought was low and constant. She hated people in her space, and close to her like that unless she brought them there. Didn’t do well, wasn’t smart, to threaten the little psycho. She didn’t know what she did, even if she was supposed to behave. Not that she was all that intimidating, being as tiny as she was. But she was red and she was strong.
”Back off little girl, I’m not allowed to kill you yet” she said, her voice low and feral, but she was speaking with the little bit of sanity she still held on to. The little bit Julian had brought back for his own purposes, and she was behaving as best she could. He didn’t want her to kill them? Fine, then he better make this one back off before she snapped and lost what little control she did have.
Immie didn’t care what the fuck else was going on…
She was putting all her attention to not killing this girl for being in her face.
And her body was tensed like a bow, ready to fucking snap.
Words: 1098 Muse: Epical Comments: For those of you that don't know, Immie's schizo, only she sees her brothers.
And the French is basically her telling her brothers she'll play with them later, they have to go.

Justin Flyte
I just want to celebrate another day of livin', I just want to celebrate another day of life! I put my faith in the people, But the people let me down. So I turned the other way, And I carry on, anyhow. That's why I'm telling you!
.xXx. Justin didn’t know what to do. He felt as if he should be able to take charge, as the male of the group, and help lead everyone to safety. But as hard as he thought about the whole scenario, the further away he got from trying to think up a rational decision. He couldn’t grasp at what to do, let alone how to react in such an unexpected situation. Most of his friends were here, probably locked into the goddamn room, with this creepy fucking ass smirking at them all, while some other feral chick, which Justin decided he really didn’t like, brought in a half-dead Pride. Wonderful. Perfect. Justin watched the girl warily, is eyes narrowing with certain aggression and anger. He didn’t like her. If that was one thing he could be sure of, it was that he didn’t like her. She wasn’t right. There was something off there. It could just be because she seemed entirely feral, and currently growling back at Justin, but he figured there had to be more. People didn’t turn into sadistic little fucks like this girl had when they went feral. He stifled his instinct to snarl at her in return, and forced himself to advert his eyes. He wanted to challenge her; he wanted to assert his dominance. But he knew it may not end well, considering she had managed to hurt Pride so badly. Justin glanced back towards Raea, who currently looked entirely ruined. Her eyes had landed on Pride, and well… She reacted like any girl in love would. Justin narrowed his eyes towards the other Red, before looking towards Raea, as if conflicted. She needed to calm down. But how could Justin help with that? How could he possibly get her to calm down, when a girl a few feet away was, quite literally, up to her elbows in Pride’s blood? Justin let a soft, aggravated and confused sigh past his lips, before he dragged his gaze back towards her. He needed to do something. Justin took a few steps towards Raea, and leaned down, only speaking as loud as he needed to, for her to hear it. “Raea, it’s okay… He’ll be alright. Don’t listen to them; don’t even… acknowledge them. We’ll get out of here, Pride included, and we’ll all be safe again. Don’t cry. Show them how fucking strong you are. They think Pride is your weakness; they’re only trying to use it against you. Try to hold yourself together. It’ll be okay.” Justin murmured, trying to be as comforting as he could. He doubted the others could hear it, but then again, he couldn’t be entirely sure. Hell, right now, he couldn’t even remember what he’d said. His mind was scrambled, due to the fact he was currently in panic mode; threatened. He had to force down his instinctive longing to snarl again, as he returned his gaze to the disgusting sight before the group. It was so utterly repulsive, and yet… Justin couldn’t look away. The blood was completely hypnotizing… mouth watering. It smelt intoxicating, and Justin forced himself to look towards Red, as she awoke. He wasn’t usually this sensitive to his surroundings. Then again, he wasn’t used to being in this much danger, either. Red’s voice immediately grabbed his attention, exterminating all thoughts previously floating about within his scrambled mind. He wanted to kill them. He wanted to kill them. Justin tensed, the movement completely instinctive, before dragging his gaze towards the nameless man before him. Why was he so scary? Why shouldn’t Justin go up there, and just fucking rip him apart? Justin’s blue, calculating eyes flickered towards the other Red, then back towards the guy. He was well-built, but it was certainly the expression that threw Justin off. He looked cocky. Why? Did he know something the group didn’t? What type of fledgling was he? What was his affinity? Justin watched him silently, as he began to speak. Julian. Julian. Justin repeated it within his mind quickly, his lips pursed into a thin line. He wouldn’t forget that name. Game? Justin’s brows furrowed, and he shot a quick glance towards his fellow friends. Was he the only one who didn’t get what the fuck was going on? What game? Justin noted, by the looks of their expressions, that they didn’t understand, either. So, what was that? He wanted to kill them. And he wanted to play a game. That combination didn’t help Justin’s inner anxiety.
It was then, however, the bastard continued. And Justin couldn’t help the small, little snarl that left him. He wanted Raea. But Raea was Justin’s friend. She was the innocent one; the one the group would go lengths to protect. She was the one that everyone made exceptions for. He wouldn’t fucking-well get her. Justin winced as Julian went and kicked Pride, before going on to list the rules. Worst fears? Worst fears. What was Justin’s worst fear? Immediately his mind began racing, calculating. He didn’t know. Did he have a worst fear? Would it somehow be brought to life? Was it about Justin’s parents, his girlfriend, his friends? He didn’t know! Justin looked towards the rest of the group, his expression slowly shifting into one of a loss of composure. He tried so hard, so hard, to keep himself together. He couldn’t be afraid. Maybe this, this Julian, was bluffing. How could he knew what their greatest fears were? How would he go through with them? Justin’s face dropped, as realization hit him like a smack in the face. His affinity. That had to be it. It had to. Didn’t it? Justin looked towards Sephora as she spoke, her words oddly comforting. He was with his friends. His bad-ass group of fucking epic friends. They wouldn’t let each other die. They would fight; Justin knew they would. He smiled, though it was lacking amusement, as Lightning started laughing. It was fake, wasn’t it? All of… this? Justin would go along with it. Confidence, fake or not, was key. Wasn’t it? Hell, Justin didn’t know what he was talking about anymore. Lightning’s words reflected most of what Justin had belived, and he was slightly put off by her sudden confidence. Real or fake? He watched as she walked up to the red girl, and narrowed his eyes in slight warning. He didn’t need Lightning getting fucking eaten right now, thanks. And as much as he was all for her being all strong and mighty, he needed them all to stay safe, and together. Justin had stayed silent for the most part, and looked towards Julian then, waiting until silence had once again enveloped the group. “And what if we don’t agree?” Justin asked, his tone clipped and demanding; startlingly opposite, compared to his normal voice. Well, I can't be bothered with sorrow, And I can't be bothered with hate, no, no! I'm using up my time by feeling fine, every day, That's why I'm telling you I just want to celebrate! Words: 1, 278 Muse: Fail. I am so sorry. I can't even deal with this. Notes: Frick. I would write this over, if I had confidence I would be able to right better right now. T.T [/blockquote]

Red's words were met with slow, sarcastic claps. With each resounding of sound through air, Red's eyes fell into a deeper and deeper blue. Blank. Something about this situation had her off; reacting by not reacting.
"Well done, my name isn't Adam and I would be more than happy to kill you all.. Well...most of you anyway...my name is Julian and you are all here in my home. You are all here to play my game"
Could it be his aura?
The ribbons of black weaved around him like snakes (or wolves), with red eyes that hissed in unrestrained hatred. This boy had a kind of love for sadism deeply wedged in his psyche, something that wasn't fixable. Nothing, not even near death, would stop him. Not that he would let that happen. The smooth, deep purple wrote his determination, the gold his justified arrogance. He was good, and he knew it.
"We're not playing any games Asshole" Seph, their dear fearless leader, growled at him. Red saw the kitty in her gnawing just under the surface, and furrowed her brows, looking around. Lightning was already sparking at the hands, and Justin looked about ready to bite someone's arm off. She looked back at Julian and the girl, now sitting on Pride. What made him think that they couldn't fight back and kick major ass? Did he have backup? He didn't seem the type--those gold strands in his aura said that he was the type that wouldn't like to rely on others. That even his reliance on this blood-covered assistant of his grated on his nerves.
"The bottom line is, I want Astraea for myself and I will have her. Actually Astraea, this is all about you, you are all here because of her. You will play the game and if Astraea succeeds to help you all and get to the roof by midnight, your free to go...as is pride. If not, your all dead"
Red and Justin tensed at the same moment, Justin growling low. Of course he gave them a way out. What fun would the game be if there weren't a real way for them to win? But it would be very difficult. Red stood in one careful, fluid movement: wanting to be on her feet when whatever it was hit them. He then, a glint of amusement, like a shooting star, shimmering in his aura, he stepped over to Pride and lodged a foot in his legs, which, even under the pants, looked very, very broken. Raea screamed;
"Don't touch him! AND GET OFF OF HIM!"
It was his way of controlling her. Sort of. He also found it extremely amusing to see Pride in pain. Red curled one (still red) lip and her brows furrowed. Fucking sicko. She saw Justin lean toward Raea out of the corner of her eyes, calming her. Good. They all needed to be calm. This guy would work hard to squash confidence. He would be bored with a lack of response; like his little sidekick, whose aura betrayed a searing flash of red happiness when Pride grimaced under her weight on his legs.
"The rules are as follows, you get out of your fear and you will move on. You don't and your own fate will be sealed. In a few moments you will all experience your worse fears and attempt to be free. Beware of the wolf and snake. Any questions?"
"Yeah...I've got a question...Who the fuck let you out of the nut house you crazy son of a bitch and where can I find them so I can personally punch them"
Oh, yeah. Seph was pissed. So there were basically two options at this point. They all fight him to get out, or they submit and just try to get through it.
Guys, this is the fucking Brat Pack. What do you think they'll do?
Lightning, following Seph's example, put on her big girl panties and feigned (weakly... her aura so clearly betrayed fear. Not that Julian could see that) confidence.
"Really? You think this is actually going to happen? If you think, for even one moment, that we're just going to go ahead and let you harm Raea, or any of us, then you're pretty retarded. This game? Yeah, we don't wanna play. So you can go fucking fuck yourself. Fucking bitch."
Red smirked at Lightning's display, which got more convincing as it went on. Her hands sparked dangerously, and Red's hands, in response, curled into their own tight balls. She didn't have lightning, but she did have a wicked uppercut. And the ability to see the next move before it was made. But then Lightning started towards the crazy little girl sitting on Pride, and Red's eyes widened. The girl was lost in low french delusion. Red could see the reflection of two figures in her aura: two figures that gave her a wicked headache, half in the girl's mind and half in the girl's eyes.
"Oh, and you? Yeah. You're done for. I'm not even going to bother telling you to go fuck yourself. Because you already have."
The girl did nothing, still talking in muted french. Still watching the figures that were and weren't there. They had even begun to form in Red's vision: ghost-like, shimmering. Obviously false but real to the girl.
"I'm telling you now. Either get us out whilst we're playing nice, or do it the hard way."
Her hands cackled now; threatening lightning. Red suddenly wondered how anyone dared to fuck with someone so intimidating. But Julian wasn't fazed in the least; eyes cool and calculating, little smirk on his lips.
"Choose wisely, bitch."
It was this moment that the girl chose to recognize Lightning. She lept up and advanced, like a stalking animal, toward Lightning.
”Back off little girl, I’m not allowed to kill you yet” Her eyes and aura both glowed a threatening red. No fear. Red eyed her, wondering why, exactly, they had been chosen. Had there been others before them? Were there others even away, in rooms just like this one? Red scanned the room for other doors, but she could only see the one the crazy girl--Immie?--entered through.
There was, however, a shred of sanity holding her back. Something in her aura held her back; and it looked like it connected to Julian.
"You realize if you kill them all you'd have to kill me too? I'm not yours, nor will I ever be. And if you or your little girlfriend here touches my boy again tonight, you're BOTH getting a dozen arrows stuck in your back."
Raea. As she stood, Red smirked at the girl's words... but then she remembered the arrogance in Julian's aura. He wouldn't like this defiance, and it would only serve to enhance his desire to crush them. Red's eyes sought him for his reaction as she spoke. Surely smug confidence. Surely a yes, my dear, you will be mine, and you will want me.
Their natural, inbred defiance could only get them in trouble. Justin, thank God, got the idea; tread lightly.
“And what if we don’t agree?”
Red nodded, in synch with the man a few feet from her.
"Because we would have to participate in order for the game to work, wouldn't we?"
She met Julian's eyes coolly; seeing the stripe of green contempt in his aura. He didn't think she'd last long. She smirked, lifting her chin. And there she was, getting them even more into trouble.
"What makes you think that we'll play back?"
Comments. Um. 1359 words... but it doesn't feel very good. *shrug* Sorry. She's in a weird mood. She calls it survival mode. I call it boring. Also, trying smaller font cause it's so mothafuckin long<3

Julian was growing so very tired of all of this. He was growing so very impatient as well and they had no idea how bad for them that could be. None of them had any idea about the evil that was going to befall them. He sighed, he felt as if he was in a cloud, a cloud where he was so far away from everything that was going on that they all just sounded like the buzzing of wasps and that was it, they weren't important, they were interfering with his game which they had no choice but to compete in. Did they not comprehend?
They knew nothing about him, the only person who knew him here was Lightning and His Astraea had only shared a dance with him. No one here knew what he was capable of and knew what he planned on doing to them all and it would all go so much faster if they would just stop all their plans of escape and just relax and realize that there was nothing else that could be done for them, that they had come to their doom tonight.
Unless of Course Astraea could save them all, if she could save them all then of course he would let them go and keep her because she would have been the worthy innocent one and if not he and Immie would just kill them all, either way it worked out for him greatly.
He noted the leader girl speaking to him and he just smiled at her, one of his signature evil smiles, it seemed that he was dealing with a very violent bunch but that was okay, because he knew how to deal with wild and she could snarl and insult him all she wanted but the more she did it, the more she made him glad that he had such special things planned for her.
Then Lightning started speaking and Julian rolled his eyes, She was a violent one as well, but she talked far too much and it made Julian wish he had killed her when he head first tortured her instead of just saving her for the game like he knew that he should. Oh well, Cant cry over spilled blood right? Or was it Spilled milk...Julian liked blood much much better, he thought with a grin. She then formed Lightning in her hands and Julian simply smiled at her, then Immie tried to do something and Julian just shook his head stepping forward
"Immie darling calm yourself, Miss Lightning here will not be harming me or yourself or anyone tonight. She will play the game as planned just like everyone else. Remember the rules"he said sweetly to her, he was being really nice but he was doing it purposely because he needed to be nice to her she was going to help him do this. She was going to make his affinity even more powerful than it already was and these miscreants would know fear. Fear like they had never experienced before.
Astraea was now screaming and he sighed a bit and held the bridge of his nose, one of the many problems with innocent ones that had spunk is that they always saw it fit to just yell and think that their words were going to help them when they really weren't and though Julian very much admired spunk, he was not in the mood right now. Right now, he was itching to get his game started and all of this was just holding it up.
"My darling Astraea, I will not be killing any of them unless you fail to get them and yourself out, so really this is all on you"
He shrugged then with a smile and crossed his hand in front of him as another one of them spoke saying what if they didn't agree and Julian looked down and smiled, yes yes, it always came to this..the what if we refuse bull shit. Well, it wasn't a smart road to take but if that is what they wanted then Julian could arrange for something to be done about that.
The last girl spoke then saying what if they didn't play back which was basically what the only boy their had been saying and Julian smiled widely at her and then snapped his fingers, One of his...employees came bounding down the stairs. Darius, he was big and he was very strong which meant he was very helpful, he had set Darius to set Seth to a task so this way he wouldn't come down here and see his beloved Sephora here, so that nothing would happen there until Julian wanted it to happen.
Darius stood to the side of Julian bare chested and feral, grinning with his arms crossed as he gazed at the ground and Julian finally spoke
"Darling...you will have no choice but to play back. When you are facing what scares you the most, you don't just stand there...Now then...Are we ready to begin?"Julian said with a grin, he was so happy that he got to play his wonderful game to see if his girl was worthy, to see if she could save her friends and beloved broken up little boyfriend or would she crumble like all the rest. He honestly hoped that she didn't...Well...Mostly.
