Please do not be alarm or throw this packet away - this is not a prank or a charity looking for a buck. If you are receiving this packet, than it was in accordance to the Federal Law (Article 13-19.8a4):
Multi-Species Minors.
If a minor falls under any of the given categories it is mandatory that the minor to be sent to Specialized Schools to educate them properly in their species and general education. Refusing to send them to the school can place the guardian/parents with a $5,000 Fine and Possible Prison Sentence of minimum of two months.
A) MAGI: If a minor is born under the family line of a Magi and have inherited the ability to perform magic.
B) LYCANTHROPE: If a minor is born under the family line of a Lycanthrope Breed or have inherited the ability to manipulate and transform their appearance into an animal and perform small amount of magic by infection.
C) VAMPIRE: If a minor is born under the family line of a Vampire or have inherited the aspects and magic by an illegal act of feeding on a minor.
It has come to our attention that your child has not been enrolled in a Specialized School aimed towards Multi-Species Education and we at Point Bay Institute would like to open our doors to you and your child.
Within this packet you will find more information about the Multi-Species Classes, General Education, Student Living and the town Point Bay is located in to help you and your child become familiarized with what we are about.
