Eva had no idea what she was doing here. It wasn't like she was exactly in the mood to be here. Eva had had nothing but a shit time since she had been here in Atlantis. It hadn't been what she wanted at all. Eva had hoped for some fun. Eva had hoped for everything she didn't get. Eva sighed as she sat at a booth at Club Rush.
Sure, Usually a club was Eva's scene. Eva loved clubs. Eva usually ended up at clubs all the time. She danced the night away and flirted with who ever she was dancing with. A select few, would sometimes get to take her home. Eva shrugged a bit...There was nothing she could do. Eva didn't feel like all of this because of what had happened here.
Stupid Eva had liked a boy. Steven and all it had gotten her was nothing but heart ache. The idiot had a girlfriend who didn't like him and she didn't think he liked her much either...Not that he cared for her opinions though. The son of a bitch had left her crying on a beach...
She sighed and sipped the soda she ordered, it was flat and tasteless now. This wasn't doing much to help her mood. She sighed and took a deep breath she had to make the most of this night if it was going to make her feel better. She had come here for that reason after all, hadn't she?
She looked nice too, Her dyed red hair was hanging curly about her shoulders and The Red halter top she was wearing was form fitting to go with the black plaid skirt she was wearing, even though she was at a club in some place tropical she had to keep her style at least a little. The halter showed off the stallion tattoo on her back and it made her smile. She rarely actually got to show it off.
She started looking around the club. Maybe she would dance a little bit. She smiled and stood up, She was determined to make herself feel better. She needed this pick me up and maybe just maybe she would meet some handsome stranger who would make all of her troubles go away. Not that Eva was counting on that though. Eva knew nothing was absolute.
She started to make her way to the dance floor, when she looked up and she caught the eye of a handsome guy over by a wall. She smiled instantly and said out loud
"Well Hello Handsome Stranger"she smiled as she said that, running her fingers through her hair. She took a deep breath. There was no reason to be nervous she could do this...Couldn't she? She smiled and started walking that way towards him pushing through the crowd and hoping that she didn't look to forward. She didn't know what this guy was like yet. She smiled when she got up to him and just said
"Hi."Okay, so it wasn't the most eloquent thing to say but Eva was a tad off her game. Let's see if she could get back on it.

So far this entire school trip had been nothing but lame. His room mates sucked. The people around here sucked. The food sucked. Why had he even bothered? Oh yeah, the House of Night sucked too. Under the cloud of a shitty mood he had dressed comfortably and left his room at the hotel. All he really wanted was a good drink and maybe some music. He had heard a few others chatting about a night club…and being the guy he was it didn’t take him long to find the place. Quinn even flirted the female bartender into allowing him a glass of scotch on the rocks. Never mind him being a minor…a sly smile, some compliments and a huge tip got him exactly what he wanted most of the time. He wasn’t ashamed to use that power either.
The music wasn’t too bad, it was enough to get you moving. Quinn had spent some time on the dance floor dancing with the local girls, most of them were his age or a tiny bit older. Soon he grew bored and got another drink from the bar. He decided to just watch the crowd for a while, relaxing into the background of the place. Before he knew it a feisty red head was headed his way. Immediately he could tell it was another fledgling. It was like unspoken words, the body language…the presence. This would make the night interesting. He took a drink and kept his eyes on her as she approached, a smile already forming on his lips.
“Hi yourself…” the smile almost turning into a little bit of a smirk. He had to give it to the girl, she apparently spent more time on her outfit then he did, but wasn’t that like a girl…always about appearances. He wasn’t complaining in the least, she looked smoking hot. Quinn tipped up his glass and finished the last of the scotch. It felt wonderful, making all the tension leave his body…warming his limbs and generally putting him in a good mood. Much better then the cloud of boredom he had been wondering around in the past week. This vacation was just what he needed and at this moment it looked like he was right to come.
Quinn shook his glass a little, rattling the ice cubes against the sides. “I’m in need of a refill…” he smiled and pushed off against the wall he had be relaxing against. “Can I get you something as well?” She wouldn’t need to order alcohol, but Quinn figured at least he would get her something…he was headed that way. “Or…” He slipped his free arm around her waist pulling her closer to him. “You can just come with me and order what you like…” normally he wasn’t so damn forward, but the night was looking up and his brain was clear for the first time in months. There wasn’t even a hint of anyone around him but him. It was refreshing….this vacation was really looking up. Words: 502 Muse: not that great? Outfit: ~*~ Outfit ~*~Notes: sorry it has taken me so long…this is his first post EVER…I think it’ll get better as he goes. If not I understand! Hahaha.

Eva had been nervous coming here because she hadn't been on the top of her game in a long time. She needed to get back on it though and that was the important part about it. That was all she had been thinking when she walked over to the guy. Well, that and he was one of the hottest guys she had seen around here yet.
She smiled as she sauntered over to him. She could see that he liked the way that she looked and boosted Eva's confidence. Eva hadn't been confident about herself in awhile. She didn't know how she had let herself fall so far, but she was happy to get back to this. Get back to what made her happy.
Anyways, back to the really hot guy. She had said Hi and sure that was not that eloquent but he didn't seem to mind because he had responded with a Hi yourself, Eva grinned. She knew he was interested. Eva knew she was great looking but it really hit her when someone looked at her like that. It had been a long time since someone made her feel good.
She watched him sip his drink and saw that it looked like it was actual alcohol. She raised an eyebrow, So this guy seemed to know his way around a bartender. Back at the House of Night, the club near there Burned, She practically owned that bartender. He gave her free drinks all the time and gave her whatever kind of drink that she wanted. She smiled as she studied him further. Nice body. Nice face. Ding Ding, it looked like Eva had found herself a winner.
He said that he was in need of refill and asked if he could get her something. Eva was about to answer him when slipped his arm around her waist pulling her closer to him and Eva couldn't help the grin that spread on his face. A guy that knew what he wanted, what a refreshing change. "I'll be glad to join you"
She let him lead her over to the bar but when they got there she spun out of his arms, literally spinning so that her skirt made a big twirl because it was that type or skirt. Eva smiled at him while she did. It seemed that getting back on her game would be easier than she thought. She didn't spin away because she didn't wanna be near him no, she spun away because she wanted to play hard to get. This would be the real test to see if she really had her groove back.
She smiled and leaned over on the bar, it would expose her back more and if he looked down he could see her legs. It was a win win situation, not to mention the halter top made her top half a bit more appealing. Yes, Eva was strategic with her outfit planning.
"I'll have whatever your having"Eva said with a smile and then she turned towards the crowd and bobbed her head to the music. In a minute she would possibly ask him to dance. She needed to of course find out his name first. She was so dumb, sitting here hung up on how hot he was instead of actually finding out what his name was. Maybe she was still a bit off.
"So Does the good looking guy getting me a drink have a name?"she said flirtatiously. It was starting to feel easier by the second and as long as there were no slip ups she would be fine. She needed this. This vacation might actually start feeling like a vacation...she hoped. Words: 635 Muse: gooood...a tad all over the place lol Notes: Don't worry about it! I liked the post Seriously it was only his first post so cut yourself some slack.

Weaving their way over to the bar wasn’t difficult, and it was starting to give him the itch to dance again. His steps were light and his mood was starting to really lift. A light laugh couldn’t be stopped as she twirled out of his arms. Playful. He liked that….and…as any guy would he appreciated the view. Eyes taking a moment to slip down her frame as she leaned over the bar. He had to give it to the female gender, when they dressed well…they really hit it just right. Even though he enjoyed the view immensely he would need to pry his eyes from her to order their drinks. He nodded his head a little and caught the attention of the bartender.
“Two starry nights and two more scotch on the rocks, Darlin…” A charming smile had the bartender filling the shots and short glassing in no time. He tossed a bill on the bar and scooped up his drinks, two glasses in one had and the shots in the other, he didn’t wait for change…it was a big tip, but it wasn’t like he couldn’t afford it. Quinn slid over to her and offered her a shot first. “Here hun,” He waited for her to take it before he lifted his shot up to toast hers, then down the hatch it went. Tasty. It went down smooth with a nice finished. He sat the shot glass on the bar and snatched up her hand, a lil bit of a bow of his head and a kiss on top of her hand followed. “I’m Quinn.” it was a bit of a dorky move, but he managed to pull it all smoothly and with a bit of charm.
Quinn gently pulled her towards him, so that they were almost chest to chest. “And…who do I owe the pleasure?” He smiled down at her and took a drink of his scotch, almost drinking the whole shallow glass. It was a bummer that the alcohol didn’t seem to work as fast on him as when he was human, but it didn’t matter…he kind of liked the taste and the fact that he was underage and shouldn’t be drinking at all. “Might I add, you my dear are looking extraordinary tonight…well done” Quinn was always one to appreciate a finely dressed female, they dressed like that for the males after all. Why not compliment them?
Bottoms up and the rest of his drink was gone. It had gone down faster then the first, but the music was starting to get to him again. His feet and the rest of him had a strong urge to move. Quinn could imagine that she would move well…oh this made him smile. “Care to join me on the dance floor?” a playful smile lingered on his lips and he backed away from the bar and toward the dance floor, never letting go of her hand. Now…the beat was easy to follow and the warmth of the alcohol was starting to move into his limbs. Nothing like making him a little limber. Quinn didn’t brag about it, but he was quite a good dancer for a guy. It wasn’t something most guys bragged about. It didn’t matter at this moment…all he was focused on was the hot chick that was dancing with him.
