Okay guys, so some background info: You may have heard me ranting about having 7 days to do an app for this site, well. I finally finished my history for it. I'd like to mention now that everyone Miyuki thinks is dead may not nessescarirly be dead, if you guys feel like joining a site and saving Ki from her horrible depression then i guess they didn't die humm? xD Roxas is Andy in this. Fai wanted me to switch the names. Not really my buisness to ask, so whatevz. If you want the link to the site let me know. The site does not yet have our advertisement up nor do we have theirs yet. The site is actually well laid-out and has all the information about everything about it in a section in the first category on the site so if you haven't read the series it's based off of you still have all the information you could need about it. Just a warning, i got really sick of writing this near the end so it started getting lame. So, without further stalling, i give you the 8 freaking page long history i just wrote that practically turned Ki into Eve!:
A saying Miyuki goes by is "All life is horrible. You just get small bursts of happiness in between that just make things hurt more in the long run." She truly and honestly believes this, but who can blame her? Her whole life is a testament to this saying. Her long story starts shortly before she was born. Miyuki’s Grandfather, Akio, had just passed on rulership of the Yakuza (the Japanese mafia) to Miyuki’s father and his son, Takeshi. Unfortunately, there was a power struggle going on within the Yakuza. To end the power struggle and fight for leadership of the Yakuza, Takeshi promised the hand of his first daughter to the son of the couple leading the fight against him. Because of this, Miyuki’s fate was sealed.
On December 1st, Miyuki was born the eldest of triplets. The other two being Mayumi, the middle child, and andy, the youngest and boy. When Andy (named by their mother after her dead grandfather on her mother’s side and the American in their bloodline) was born however, the family all thought he would soon die. The hospital took care of him however, and 5 days after the birth of the triplets, it was announced Roxas would live. However, much to the family’s dismay, Andy was abnormally weak. His muscle mass was less than half what it should be. Andy was weak, couldn’t run, near pathetic really. It angered their father. How could his first son be such a disgrace? Why had he been cursed so? Despite Takeshi’s problems, Ai, his wife, adored her little boy. Her little boy who looked just like his mommy right down to the blue-grey eyes. Ai was only 1/4th Japanese, but that characteristic only showed by her beautiful blue-grey eyes. Andy seemed to have taken after the triplet’s mother’s side then their father and looked much more… American then his two sisters. Takeshi, who seemed to have a heart of stone some times, adored his second daughter. Mayumi was everything traditional Japanese families expected their daughters to be: polite, kind, calm, well-mannered, a perfect little doll that only spoke when spoken to. Unfortunately, Miyuki was Mayumi’s polar opposite. Miyuki was loud, brash, hot-headed, temperamental, and couldn’t seem to sit still. No she was not favored by either of her parents for this, but her grandparents adored her for her energy. She would grow up to protect her brother and sister, her grandparents were sure of this.
The triplets started life sheltered and protected from all the evils in the world and hidden from the dark truth of their family till they were 3 years old. In Japan, that was old enough to start their own form of junior kindergarten. They had already been in their class a few months, long enough for them to make friends… well, for Mayumi to make friends at least. She was the social butterfly of the triplets. Andy had always been weak, frail, to the point where Miyuki started referring to him as “physically retarded.” He had always been easily targeted by bullies and almost always picked on when his sisters weren’t around. Even at this stage in her life, Miyuki was close to bully status. She and her brother were a bit darker than their sister, though for Miyuki, it was her individuality that was the problem.
Miyuki had always been so far out of the box, she didn’t even know of the box’s existence. She didn’t know why, but even then she liked the darker side of things. She saw the world in a different light then most. She didn’t understand things like most did. She preferred to write with her left hand, something unacceptable to her teachers and the rest of the staff. She did things against the rules, though when she pointed it out; it hadn’t actually been against the rules at all. For her, either she understood something completely or not at all, which made explaining things slightly difficult. She was fiery, loud, and had always had her “in-your-face” attitude towards everyone who wasn’t family. Family was the single most important thing to Miyuki. It was how she was raised. Family always came before all else, that and protecting your family. So that’s exactly what she did. Every time she saw someone picking on either of her siblings, well, it ended with Miyuki being sent to the office and her parents coming to speak with the principal yet again. Not that any in her family discouraged this behavior; on the contrary, they only encouraged it. She protected her siblings when they were being threatened in any way. As the eldest, it was expected of her, and she came to expect it of herself, even then. She developed a complex. She practically existed for her siblings. Everything she said and did revolved around her sibling’s safety and happiness. Nothing in the world mattered more to her, even then.
The day after their third birthday, the triplets came to school with some things that were rather important to them. For Miyuki, it had been the chopsticks holding her long black hair back. They were black and incrusted with veins of silver and gold along with blue and pink diamonds as well as emeralds. There were thin silver chains attached to the ends of the chopsticks with little gem carved charms hanging off the ends of them. They had been heirlooms passed down in their family for generations; so needless to say, the chopsticks meant the world to her. That was the day their whole world flipped upside down. It had been the very end of recess and they had just been called inside. Miyuki had been heading inside when her brother looking in the opposite direction caught her attention. She turned around to look, and there was her sister in her favorite "Alice in wonderland" dress with her name embroidered into it, dragging along her bunny plushy, heading towards the edge of the grass area, where the forest started. Being the worried big sister she was, Miyuki ran after her sister, unaware that her brother was struggling to keep up with her speed. As Miyuki got closer, she realized her sister had caught sight of a bag of candy. Candy? Miyuki liked candy. She slowed her pace as her sister knelt down to pick up the bag which gave their brother time to catch up. Only a few seconds after Andy finally caught up with his sisters, a big man in all black snatched them. They had been kidnapped.
The triplets traveled by land, sea and sky for at least a year. They hadn't been the only children either. They were kept hidden in cold, storage compartments with nothing to eat through their travel but the vermin that scurried by and nothing to drink but the most likely polluted, filthy water that dripped down from the roof of wherever they happened to be stored. Some of the other kids had died on the way there. When the others were scared at night, Miyuki put on a brave face and sang the lullabies and silly songs she could remember hearing from their mother, aunts and elder cousins in attempts to keep their spirits up. As simple as it was, those songs gave Miyuki a small glint of hope that maybe their dad would find and save them. Over the years however, this hope was squashed like a bug. When the triplets woke, they weren’t where they had fallen asleep. Miyuki started freaking out, her chopsticks were gone! There was a woman in the room, blonde and blue eyed. But her eyes, there was something about them that sent shivers down the triplet's spines. There was a taint to them, almost as if evil itself was staring back at them through those mocking blue eyes. Something happened then, something Miyuki had subconsciously blocked out of her memory up until recently, but she never forgot those evil blue eyes.
For the next four years, the triplets became accustom to their horrible life. They lived in a somewhat large room with a bolted steel door. There was a single tiny window that sunlight and moonlight shined from, but that was all the light they had. At this age, Miyuki had no idea of life outside the room. she had forgotten her parents, her family, what it felt like to be happy, how much fun it was to run around, how nice it was to sleep on a bed, what it felt like to eat a full and delicious meal, what love was, all these things. She and her siblings had quickly learned the languages of all the others that were in the room, and there were a lot. The people, those kidnappers, they didn't feed anyone in the room. They just stayed there, rotting. There was nothing to drink but the rain water that sometimes fell from the always open, but too-high-up-for-anyone-to-reach window. There was nothing to eat but the vermin that scurried around and... The bodies they always brought in.
Miyuki had noticed that they always dragged out lots of the older kids and the few adults were taken out at night, but half or less then came back alive. Those who didn't come back alive, which meant that they were dead, were simply dumped in the room to rot away. There was nothing else to eat, and it's not like they were alive, majority of the people there had no problems with eating the remains of the dead. After all, most of them had grown up there, they didn't know it was wrong, who was to tell them it was?
In a living environment like this, is it so surprising lycanthropy was so easily caught? Miyuki and her siblings had no idea when they caught it, but all three had somehow caught some sort of lycanthropy. Though kids her age and lower were dragged out of the room all the time too, they always came back, though more bruised and bloody then they had been when they left. They were tortured, some raped. It amused their captors. The first time they tried to take Mayumi or Andy out, Miyuki's complex kicked into overdrive and she made a deal with them. They couldn't touch her siblings, but they could hurt Miyuki herself 3 times as much as before to make up for it. The first few years the pain was unbearable, but over the years, it started to dull over till whenever she felt pain of any kind, whether it be mental, physical or emotional, a cold and empty nothingness would rise up and numb over wherever was supposed to hurt before any pain could be felt. At first, the numbness was scary, but after a while, it was just sort of... there. Something good came out of this though. Because Miyuki was dragged out of the room 3 times more than anyone else, she met some people. Two people to be exact. One was Colby.
Colby was only two years older than her and already contracted lion lycanthropy. He ended up spending a lot of time with Andy, befriending him, keeping him company, and just trying to help really… well, until he and Miyuki started fighting again. Not that Miyuki and Colby actually fought, more… they liked to argue… and tease each other… and see who was better at most things out of the two of them… and prank each other. It was a healthy male-female relationship for children their age really. Then adding Kay into the mix was something else entirely. Kay was Miyuki and Mayumi’s best friend and by far to this day the absolute craziest person Miyuki has ever met. Kay had wolf lycanthropy unlike Miyuki and Colby with their feline lycanthropy. Kay had a very unique way of doing things. The unique way being however the hell she wanted to do it despite how it was supposed to be done. She was crazy and semi stupid and didn’t seem to know the meaning of the word “personal space” or “stop”. She never considered she could possibly be pushing things a little too far when she did things… like try to set up Miyuki and Colby at the age they were… well, that was Kay. She was amusing and could always lighten up a mood. At that point in time, Miyuki's sibling complex was almost always taking over the forefront of her mind. Mayumi had gotten very sick very fast and Andy had weakened drastically. They were all thin, and frail looking due to the food (or lack thereof) they ate, but Andy was in much worse shape than the rest of them. It was upsetting and disturbing for Miyuki to see her siblings like that and know that there was nothing she could do to help them as much as she wished there was.
When Miyuki was about 7 years old, she was dragged out yet again, though this time, to something different. She was dragged to the real reason they had kidnapped random children. They dragged them off to entertain rich people and fight another to the death. Miyuki won her fight, the first of many, but at that first fight, something in the child snapped. Right after she had killed the boy she was up against, she burst out laughing. It was funny and amusing, how oddly he was angled, the adrenaline rush from the fight was thrilling, and it was so pretty how his blood flowed out of him and onto the concrete ground. That had been fun, lots of fun. That was the day Miyuki snapped, the day her insanity, who she refers to as the Chibi Youkai was born. Chibi was Miyuki’s safe-guard. If Miyuki had to go through with things that would break her mind, like the fights for instance, Chibi would take over and do it for her. To Chibi, killing others in the most violent ways possible was fun. It was so fun for her, Miyuki became a bit of a star attraction. After all, it was so entertaining to watch a tiny child brutally massacre someone with a smile on her face and laughing all the while.
For the next 10 years, life had become rather repetitive. The triplets started going to school again, though there were microchips implanted into their heads to keep them from running away or telling the secret. When at school, Miyuki reverted back into the rebellious and loud child she had been before she had been snatched away. She among other things avoided all classes as well as did absolutely anything and everything she wanted. Only ever truly considering what her siblings, Colby and Kay had to say. She took swimming lessons and flew by all the way to lifeguard status, earning money for herself and her siblings and even Colby and Kay whenever they were around, to eat real food. Though when night fell and they were all back at the "orphanage," that's when their days dropped in happiness. Andy and Mayumi went back to the room while Miyuki, Kay and Colby went with the others to go fight. Because she fought on behalf of three and if she died, her brother and sister would not long after, Miyuki usually fought 3 times a night if not more. She was always one of the last to walk half dead into the room only to collapse by her brother and sister, usually covered in a good amount of gashes, blood and bruises. Her brother and sister were always there when she was thrown back in, she always checked to be sure before she allowed herself to doze off. She was none the wiser to what had been going on with her siblings while she was absent.
Some time when the triplets were 17, one day, not long after arriving back at the arena, there were noises and shouts different from those they would expect at the time. Everyone started getting nervous, unsure of what was going on. It was police. The arena was finally shut down. The triplets, Kay and Colby were sent to a real orphanage, one especially built for orphaned werecreature children in Tulsa Oklahoma. The time Miyuki spent there was the happiest year of Miyuki’s life. Despite her attitude problem, Miyuki had actually made friends. One being another wereleopard named Crissatha Pandora who preferred to be called Cris. Cris quickly made it up to best friend status to Miyuki, the two of them sometimes being referred to as “The Twins” because they were so alike in personality. The two of them commonly hung around Justin Flyte, Sephora Trayn, Red Blaze, Astraea Dike and Aqune Remine. These children all grew up separated from the norm of lycanthropes. They had no idea about the different groups for the different species let alone the manners and terms used by them. All they knew nothing about their individual species aside from what was instinctive and came naturally.
As for Miyuki’s relationship with Colby, they got exceptionally close. They were each other’s first everything. First crush, first love, first kiss, and later into their relationship they lost their virginity to each other. They rarely fought and only really argued like they always had. Never once did either of them as much as glanced at another. They were head over heels for each other and rarely apart. Kay liked to tell them she told them so and that she always knew they’d end up together. Kay was always a strange one, you learned not to ask when it came to her. Miyuki loved him. All it took to make her smile was just a single thought of him. Miyuki wasn’t sure what would happen to her if she ever lost him, but it wasn’t a pleasant thought, so she never dwelled on it. She probably should have thought about it more, maybe it would have made even a slight difference in the outcome of things.
One day some time after Miyuki's 18th birthday, while searching her own name, Miyuki found a family photo of a rather large family. What shocked her was that herself and both her triplet siblings were in the picture despite the fact that they were babies in it. After reading the article that was attached to the picture, it led to more information, more articles. Miyuki dug up all the information she could. She was curious after all. Eventually, her hunt for information finally led to some phone numbers. A few of the numbers were duds, but eventually, she got a hold of Riku, one of her cousins that so happened to have actually been raised speaking English. She talked to him and he talked to his parents, who talked to her parents, and word was spread throughout Japan’s elite that the Tsubasa triplets were found. The mother of the triplets, Ai, was quick to call the number her nephew had received and get a hold of her three first children. When spoke with her children, she couldn’t help but sob over the phone. It had been 14 long years since she had seen, let alone heard her babies, and now, after so long, she had her babies back. Ai blabbed on and on to each of the three and sobbed loud enough that people around the triplets could easily hear it even without their lycanthrope hearing. Eventually, it was bound to slip out. Ai mentioned Miyuki’s arranged marriage and for her, the whole world stopped. As Miyuki was frozen in shock and a few of her friends that happened to be close by and were teasing her about her overdramatic mother blinked in shock, Ai continued blabbing on and on about how happy she was and how glad she could call the boy’s parents and let them know before saying her goodbyes to her frozen children and hanging up to go call people. A single tear slipped out of Miyuki’s eye. She couldn’t believe what she had just heard. That was the first time in 10 years that a tear had ever escaped Miyuki’s eyes. Colby had heard through Miyuki’s friends about what her mother had said and he wouldn’t let it happen. After a few days of searching the net trying to find something… anything that could help, a rather old couple visited the orphanage and requested to speak to Colby and a few of the other children there. It turns out, the old couple were his grandparents and 4 out of the 5 other children in the room were his cousins, the 5th boy being his younger brother Steven. His grandmother realized something was wrong and questioned him. Colby had always been a bit more trusting then Miyuki, so he told his grandmother about their predicament. His grandmother told his grandfather and it seemed as if Colby’s grandfather had thought up a solution, though he didn’t know what it was. The grandparents left, for they were a bit too old to be taking care of their grandchildren. Not long after, Miyuki’s arranged marriage was called off. But, not before she had spoken to a few of her other siblings and cousins in Japan and heard about the boy she had been promised to. She wasn’t happy about what they had told her.
The boy was Vic Chou. Vic was a very bad man. Most of Miyuki’s cousins and siblings that she spoke to actually didn’t have very much bad information about Vic, but they were all scared of him for some odd reason. There was just something about Vic that scared them all. It wasn’t until Reiko spoke up that she really found out anything. Reiko knew all the dirt on Vic because she was his sister’s best friend. Vic’s younger sister Mai told Reiko everything she couldn’t tell anyone else. Mai told Reiko about how sick and twisted Vic was, about the horrible things he had done to her. Vic's parents died in a plane crash when he was eighteen. His sister was sixteen. Unfortunately he became her legal guarding being of age. It wasn't even a few days after the funeral that he started in on her raping and enjoying her. He figured why go out and look for it when he could get it right at home. It wasn't like he hadn't tried to mess with her before either. Hidden cameras were up in her bedroom and bathroom. She wasn't the first girl he had raped either. He'd only been fourteen the first time he had. He enjoyed being rough and hurting them. He didn't stop with just girl's either. He enjoyed boys also. None of them have ever told either. Vic threatened his victims in ways that just terrified them more. What truly sickened Miyuki to her very core was that Reiko had told her that what Vic had done to his sister, he had planned on doing to her. That wasn’t going to happen any time soon. She would rather die. Sadly enough, it seemed as though Vic was thinking along the same lines.
Everything Miyuki had heard about Vic sickened her. She wanted to murder the bastard so very much. She was very glad that the whole thing had been called off somehow. She loved Colby too much to be separated from him. Miyuki didn’t care that all her friends and her brother teased her about it. That didn’t change the fact of their closeness. It tore her apart that he was the first one to vanish.
Miyuki had spent the night in Cris’ room with Red and Raea... and Cris herself of course. Cris was redoing Miyuki’s red streaks, Raea’s blue streaks and Red’s black streaks since she was going to re-dye most of her hair black and the top layer of her hair red again anyways. Sephora and Aqune had even hung out in the room with them. Even Justin, the boy in their circle of friends had crawled through the vents to spy on them and had been easily caught and “tortured” for spying in them. They had had so much fun with their gabbing; no one had heard what had happened. The following morning when Miyuki had gone to Colby’s room on the other side of the orphanage to find his room in shambles. It looked like there had been a major struggle, but Colby’s room was the only room in use besides Miyuki’s in this wing. No one had heard the struggle. Miyuki had never cried so much in her life up till that moment then she did then.
A few days later Andy was gone. Then Mayumi vanished, then Kay, then Cris, one by one, everyone that mattered the most in the world to her vanished. With all that loss, something inside Miyuki cracked. She couldn’t take the loss. It felt like there was a gaping hole in her chest that just kept getting bigger and bigger. It wasn’t long after they were all gone that Miyuki woke up somewhere she hadn’t fallen asleep. She was groggy and couldn’t focus on anything. Her head was spinning, vision blurry and couldn’t pick up on any specific scents, though strangely enough, her hearing seemed to be perfectly fine. There was a numbness encircling both her wrists and when Miyuki tugged on her arms, it didn’t break, so Miyuki could only assume she was attached to the chair she was seated on by some sort of silver. A door creaked open and Miyuki completely stilled in her fidgeting. She heard a pair of shoes approach. They sounded like the expensive leather kind that was worn with suits. She growled quietly hearing a masculine laugh. “My… your actually quite a bit prettier than I thought you would be. But then, after seeing your brother and sister and that fine specimen of a boyfriend you have, I suppose I shouldn’t be so surprised, right?” The voice had laughed. Miyuki was trembling with rage. The male was touching her! The only one allowed to touch her was Colby! … okay, well, technically that wasn’t completely true, but the way this man was touching her, moving her hair out of her face, trailing his fingers down the side of her face, tilting her chin up, he wasn’t allowed to touch her like that! No one was! No one but Colby could without risking this fireball’s wrath! Miyuki hissed out a warning through her clenched teeth which made the male back off somewhat. “I want you to hear something. I made it just for you after all.” He said before Miyuki heard the click of a button and the whirling of a tape. Miyuki was confused, but her confusion only lasted a moment before the tape started to play. What Miyuki heard had her frozen in shock and trembling. This was the man responsible for them all disappearing. He had left them each alone somewhere with the recording tape recorder, telling them to say their last words to her, telling them that he would be sure she heard it. Hearing their voices again, all of them just broke her further. Hearing how scared her brother and sister were as well as Raea, hearing Justin, Red and Aqune’s worry, hearing Kay, Colby, Cris, and Sephora’s promises that they would get out of this and kill their captors for doing this to them as well as their warnings for her to watch her back, it was soul-crushing. It was all her fault this had happened to them. The blame was entirely hers to bear. She couldn’t help but cry.
It wasn’t long after the tape finished playing that her captor started to explain himself. He was Vic, though at that point in time, it bit of information wasn’t so surprising. He had heard that she was incapable of feeling physical pain, but he still wanted to hurt her as much as he could. So, before he killed her, he attacked her emotionally: by killing the people dearest to her. Though, at that moment, he seemed to be rethinking killing her. He was thinking aloud to himself. He figured, if her kept her but did to her as he did his sister, he could still go through with his plan. He could still marry the eldest of the Tsubasa daughters making him next in line for the Yakuza. From there it wouldn’t be that hard to eliminate her father since her grandfather was no longer in control. The Yazuka practically ruled Japan after all, there was a branch of Miyuki’s family that ran the political side of things, the Tsubasa’s more or less owned Japan and all the businesses and happenings of the country. Vic was after the power of it all.
Somewhere during Vic’s ranting, Miyuki blacked out and gave complete control over to Chibi. Chibi broke free and easily killed him as she had done so many others before quickly picking up the tape recorder and leaving, only pausing at the sight of Mayumi’s battered and old stuffed white bunny she had dropped the day the triplets were kidnapped which led to them even getting to this country. Chibi snatched the bunny too and left, though Chibi had killed Vic as she would have a human. It probably would have been better if she had noticed the bite marks on Vic.
When Chibi got up the steps of the orphanage, she left Miyuki with the words: “He’s dead. I killed him. It’s over.” But Miyuki knew better. Of course it wasn’t over. Vic had friends. Powerful ones. Ones that would want revenge for this. Ones that would be after her for killing him. Miyuki heaved a sigh. It seemed this drama would never end. She entered the Orphanage and only stayed long enough to gather what she needed: her ipod, laptop, wallet with the credit cards her mother had sent, cellphone, her car keys and a few changes of clothes. She snatched up Silence, her sister’s tiny black kitten she had found one day and begged Miyuki to let her keep that wasn’t much bigger than the palm of Miyuki’s hand, and hurriedly loaded everything into her car. She couldn’t stick around. All the memories would be too painful. She only spared explanations to Tabrett, Solana(both close-ish friends, though not all that close), Marluxia( Cris’s other best friend), Steven, Squall, Sawyer, Angeline, and Jeremy (Colby’s brother and cousins, Squall also being Justin’s best friend, Steven also being Aqune’s boyfriend and Sawyer also being Kay’s boyfriend), Raine (Sephora’s best friend), Axel (Andy’s boyfriend), Pride (Raea’s boyfriend) and Kalona (Red’s boyfriend). They all seemed to understand, but Angeline hurried off and called her grandparents, telling them about it anyways before calling Raea’s father and letting him know. Raea may have been at the orphanage like the rest of them, but it was only because her father who still loved her dearly thought it would be better for her to be around others like her. Raea’s father was a doctor and as soon as those who ran the orphanage (not lycanthropes themselves, just sympathizers) heard, they automatically shoved Miyuki the kind doctor’s way to make sure she was fine before she left. Raea’s father ended up prescribing Miyuki two types of pills. Anti-depressants and ones for hallucinations. Colby’s grandparents also stopped by before Miyuki could leave. They gave Miyuki three things. A pair of oddly familiar black chopsticks incrusted with veins of silver and gold along with blue and pink diamonds as well as emeralds. There were thin silver chains attached to the ends of the chopsticks with little gem carved charms hanging off the ends of them, a black choker type necklace with a crescent moon pendant hanging off it, and a very tiny “Alice in Wonderland” type dress that still had Mayumi’s name embroidered into it. Apparently it had been Colby’s horrible mother that was responsible for what had happened to the triplets. The objects had been in a box at the monstrous woman’s house with the triplet’s last name on it. Colby’s mother, Clarissa, and her vile husband had fled however, just two more for Miyuki to track down really.
Miyuki had always been the vengeful type. She wanted justice. She wanted Vic’s friends dead for helping Vic eliminate everyone that mattered to her and she wanted Colby’s parents dead for ruining her life so much in the first place. She quickly left Tulsa, but not long after she had left the city had she gotten an interesting phone call. A man claimed to know what had happened to her and that he would be able to locate the people she was after. He told her to go to St. Louis. He said everything would find her there. Himself included. To be perfectly honest, Miyuki wasn’t sure if she was walking right into a trap or not, but her curiosity got the better of her. Besides, it’s not like she cared whether or not she died.
