War. It is all that my generation has ever known.
War ripped into the land, into the hearts of the people,
with a vicious claw. It left countless lands leaderless
and directionless. There are more rogues than those
to keep them in line. The land remains lawless and
hopeless, with only a few of us daring to hope that
the Blood might be able to remember the old ways.
It's the same story everywhere. No one is thriving.
Nothing will ever be the same.
