"Isn't this a wonderful painting?" Her voice rang clear and soft, the kindness of herself shining clear in her eyes.
"I suppose it is." Chuckling he put one arm around her and pulled her closely in an embrace. He loved her more than life itself, that was evident.
"Paintings, can stand forever.. Did you know that?" The girl turned in his embrace, wondering if her love understood her fascination or not.
"Forever, huh?" He chuckled again, one hand stroking her hair as he though about each other.... Forever.
Nothing hurt more than a woman scorned with heartbreak, as well as nothing was more terrifying than a woman with jealousy in her heart. For she too loved that man, but her feelings could never be returned, and with that her eyes burst with flame, as she, the sorceress approached the lover as she was alone. Admiring that very painting as she did with her lover earlier that day.
"You can never have what is mine!" The sorceress's voice cried loud, fueled with that hatred that wrapped around her core. Her eyes glowed with jealousy as she called to herself, power beyond comprehension.
In light of these events the lover called for her beloved, empty screams rang throughout the room as she disappeared, a smile rose onto the sorceress's lips as she turned to the lover's painting, her eyes glittering with pride.
"How dare you... Attempt to take away what is mine." She turned from the painting, satisfaction in her voice. "Live forever, in your steel frame."
She left, it was time to call the one who had denied her. So he could that his beloved was nothing more than a painting.
Before he had even realized that the one he loved was gone, a feeling of anguish came over him as voice called within the caverns of his mind, a voice he could not ignore. Familiarity, taunting to rescue his own special person.
"Isn't there something missing? Aren't you longing for that warm touch?" Taunts did nothing to him but have his emotions of anxiety and worry grow. "I know all that you need to know. It comes down to you. Come to where you last held her... I'll-" A laugh, "We'll be waiting. May you reunite."
He ventured to the room where they had been only hours before, a mumble spilled from his lips. "Where I last held her..."
And there stood the one who stole away his love and behind her was a painting of his lover, of more of his lover stuck in the frame.
"You want her back.. Don't you?" She smiled eyes flooded with amusement. "Not a phantom, trapped within a steel frame? Warm and loving as she once was?" A laugh rang clear.
"You'll have to tear me from my flesh first."

All hell broke loose, the fighting began, he was attacking her and winning, he would return his lover to his arms at all costs, he was not the sweet boy they knew him to be, but now the cold killer he had to be to return her to her place beside him. But unknowing to him the sorceress had one ace up her sleeve, if he wanted her so badly he would have her, and so she appeared, his love came from the painting, but her eyes not as beautiful as they once were now they were an obsidian black, not that he noticed. For her presence over took him as she appeared through the flames "Will you come and... Stay by my side?" She paused, those were not her words but yet they were her wish. "Forever?" He was bewitched not knowing of trickery, not knowing of the betrayal. He took her hand. A flash. The sorceress smirked, and turned away from him towards the painting. "You want to be with her so badly?" The painting glowed a new image pulled within it's frame. "You may have your wish." Her laugh rang out as the lovers were joined together in the frame, a painting, together. Forever. (NOTE: this is for Hy's BIRTHDAY!) [/blockquote]
